I'm not Luke, but in my opinion, I'd go with one expensive card.  I say this because most games don't play well with multiple GPU's.  Also, depending on the card that you buy, you may not be able to run them together.  I know that nothing lower than 1070 SLI will work, and I don't really know about the AMD side of things.  So because of this, I'd say that you should go with one expensive card.

Yeah, AFAIK, you can't sli two 950's, and you 2GB of Vram isn't really that great anymore.

i am not gonna be using them for gaming i will be using them for video editing and just normal use
