My H100i's LEDs are really glitchy. I want them to be set to white... they worked initially before I updated the Link software, but they were slightly yellow during that time so I'm considering red. I updated the Link software to 2.3.4816 and the firmware with the provided link, and now the LED will only show a blue color regardless of what I try to set it to.

If you have anything above 4gb of ram and something better than dual core or top of the line dual core then no. All it does is it turns off some useless (at least for gaming) services and shuts off any programs that you may have on that aren't needed for gaming such as web browsers, random update programs such as the one Adobe has and so on.

You just have to see it in the correct lighting. It still attracts fingerprints. Maybe not as much as real brushed aluminum, but they're there.

So I had my Define R4 for a while now and while I was being careful not to touch the front brushed aluminium door. Over time it gathered some fingerprints which appeared as large discoloured spots and marks on the case. Noticing how much worse it is getting overtime just due to accidental touches I was starting to think maybe brushed aluminium isn't the way to go even though I think it looks absolutely beautiful when clean.

I remembered Linus saying that it is impossible to clean because the oils from your skin react with it or whatever :P And after trying many different types of cloths as well as trying water it looked like Linus was right...until... today I have tried using 99% Isopropyl alcohol, just sprayed a little bit on a cloth and tried cleaning a tiny area on the bottom corner of front (incase it turns out the alcohol damages the finish even more) anyway, to my surprise it cleaned all marks off of the aluminium and caused no damage. 

I have now cleaned the entire front just with some more 99% Isopropyl alcohol sprayed on a cloth and the case looks like new with 0 marks. 
 
I know this isn't exactly a guide or a tutorial but more of a tip, if you need to clean brushed aluminium try using 99% Isopropyl alcohol :)

wait wait wait... that's a 3x2.5" hdd cage... in a laptop...
 

black nf-f12 is all I ever really wanted, I never wanted them to be dust and water proof, I never wanted to have them spin faster, I never wanted to pay 30 bucks per fan. Just no, all Noctua did, is to blow up their good products with unnecessary features and demand a fortune for them (industrial ppc) and give us all their crap fans for 3 bucks less, and in an even worse color scheme (redux) IMHO

If you could make those two angled parts of the V match up, that'd be perfect. Also make it look like it's gone through war like @tmcclelland455
