I would never buy second hand keyboard or mouse. Hygiene issues...

Skylake i7 has a better single-core performance. It's also much more efficient. (140W vs 90W I think)
But there are known issues as bending or there was a freezing issue, which was fixed by some kind of BIOS update.
 
5930K is an older technology, but has more cores and threads, lower single-core performance. More PCIe lanes.
 
I think you can't go wrong in either way if you have the money for it.
 
 
 
 
 
 

I would wait for IPS, also PG278Q has really strong anti-reflecting layer, which isn't pleasing for the eyes. The PG279Q's layer is much more pleasing.

If you can get some of the money back by selling the PG278Q, then I don't see why not. However, it is a lot of money, so I would have to agree with @AllHokage.

Not worth the upgrade.
 
I'd just wait for a big step up in the monitor industry before upgrading, unless you got the money to blow don't do it.
 
We haven't even got 1080p IPS 1m 144hz yet...

I think I know where you are stuck, try to ride quickly through the block and you should destroy it.

I wish people would do more research on what they're going to buy. People buying crap products just makes the manufacturers not want to improve their products and starts a loop. Not just Apple, I mean every brand that endorses their crap products

It is just some bug, that will get fixed eventually, for now just do not maximize your iTunes. Play with the size of iTunes and find where it works.

Wow Microsoft. And people give shit at Apple for being "Overpriced'. This is borderline absurd.

My 6950 is bend to hell because it's so heavy, and it's still fine.
Just keep an eye on temps, because of the weight the cooler didn't make good contact and that kiled it (i had 2)

The small stop in rhythm hurts my ears. 

If you're building new PC, I would go with Skylake. If you already have 4690K, I would not bother upgrading, not even to 4790K.

The performance difference between Haswell and Skylake won't justify the price of new DDR4, MOBO and CPU. It just won't. I know the itch to buy new stuff, when it comes out, but sticking to Haswell is better option IMO. 

If you're building new PC, I would go with Skylake. If you already have 4690K, I would not bother upgrading, not even to 4790K.

I don't think , I know. Read the threads in EVGA and Overclock.net  Maxwell doesn't respond to voltage increases until it drops below 20c if you wanna push the core clock speeds. 

GTX 970 is out of question right now, unless you have G-Sync monitor. Even though I tend to use NVIDIA's GPUs, in this situation I would go with R9 390.

Anyone recommending the G1 is lost, the classy has so much more to offer.

EK will make blocks for the 980Ti non-reference flagship cards like the Asus Strix, the MSI Gaming 6G and the Gigabyte G1 Gaming.  For the EVGA models, discussions with them are currently on going.
