May I ask why you seem to dismiss the ISP part of it? Shitty coax and modem? My background is DOCSIS engineer, so seeing that makes me cringe TBH.

Looking over most of these, almost know one gives data for what they use on the ISP side. I just don't understand how someone can spend 10's of thousands of dollars on network equipment, but then take what ever junk gateway their ISP gives them.

I live about 50 miles away from the ISP going through about 20 hubs. When people start using networks in other neighborhoods, the entire network slows down. Not to mention my ping to the ISP's Speed test server is greater than 10Ms. I also pay $180 a month for 150 down, and 20 up. They are burning my money for shitty service.

the tech preview has a set expiration and also is NOT ready for production use at all. It is not like running the test versions of Windows 10 where it means you get Windows for free but have to be the beta tester for updates - this is completely different.

Damn, was about to use it for my server instead of 2008.

  3. This could be a problem with your ISP buffering Youtube, If that is the issue you could get one of those free trials from a VPN service and test again.   if the problem is gone then is definitely your ISP messing with youtube.

The problem is definitely on google's side, with a vpn in New York, it still buffers.

  4. Clear Cache/Cookies?

    Didn't do anything

I've been getting the same problem lately. Have you tried in another browser? Are you listening to a playlist (I was when it got slow and refreshing the page fixed it. I think it might of been an adblocker issue or something?)

    Tried Edge, didn't change anything

  5. Alright, I'm pretty sure it's not my connection, and this doesn't happen often, but this is terrible. Here are my internet speeds:

I don't think it's the problem. Can you guys help, I can't even stream 1080p video, let alone 480p. It's terrible. Vessel streams fine, and Netflix is working perfectly. Please help, it's killing me.
