I know that VSYNC off will make the GPU to work at full speed.
But, for this game I will try it.
 
Si. I did it and the game is more playable now.
For some reason, VSYNC, in my case, is not working properly and is stoping the game/gpu to produce more FPS, again, for some reason...
This is not the best game that Ubisoft has made, sadly...
Well, I got it for free so, let's try to enjoy it a little bit..
 
Thanks guys.... I had no idea that for the first time in my life, VSYNC was not well implemented on a game like this.

I thought that the FE models doesn't have coil whine.

You just run the benchmarking tool in FRAPS and open the file in excel, sort the column by min/max to get those numbers and average them out.

nzxt CAM is pretty good. i think i remember seeing all the requirements you need. i had problems having its overlay while fraps was on so i had to uninstall fraps for CAM to work. and yes, it works even if you don't have any nzxt hardware installed.

Remember when Witcher 3 came out and it took a Titan X to get 1080p max settings(with gameworks) for an avg 60fps? Yea... 
Games keep pushing hardware requirements.

I'm not sure that you actually understand the relationship between memory speed, motherboards and CPU's IMCs.
 
 
The IMCs on Skylake/Kaby Lake are pretty badass and you'd be hard pressed to find a 7700k that couldn't run 3600 MHz RAM.  No need to overclock CPU clock speed in order to do it.

Will you be running those applications and games at the same time? Or just one at a time. 
7700 will give higher gaming avg fps if you're just running one at a time.
1700 will handle stuff better if you have a bunch of stuff running at the back ground. 
 
Like say, visual studio + Android Studio with an emulator + 100 Chrome tabs + "insert your avg mmo game here", the 1700 will fair better in that. 
 
Though I will add that the X370 platform is still really immature. So there will bound to be some incompatibility issues. High speed ram compatibility isn't very good right now. Its similar to the state that X99 was with ddr4 3 years ago. 

FE is always more expensive than others cards from EVGA, MSI, etc...
 
For example, when the GTX1080 came out, I bought the FE at $699.99, the EVGA's model cost $649.99.
Another thing is that EVGA, MSI, etc.. they add more base clock and boost clock but, just a few, you will sea 3-5 FPS of difference. You can OC any GPU and get more FPS, no matter what GPU you have now days.
 
FE has a purpose to exists, Mini ITX gaming PC where a big GPU like the GTX1080 FTW or the MSI GAMING X doesn't fit. If you have an older pre-assembled Dell desktop, etc..
 
If you have a great case with fans at the front, you are good to go with those bigger GPUs.
 
and yeah, the fan of the FE sucks but, the max load temperature is good and normal for the FE, it won't damage the GPU, it was designed with that in mind and but again, due to its high temperatures, you don't have enough room for overclock the GPU.
 
finally, choose whatever you like and what your money can afford.
I will wait for the EVGA FTW3 GTX1080Ti, it's amazing!.

I am wondering the same thing, i found a built pc from best buy with the p400 tempered glass so the release of just the case should be soon.

H440 has brackets for 11 HDD and 8 SSD, 4 free fans too and a fan hub at the back. Phantks has nothing... just 2 fans and just 2 brackets for HDD. So I will need to buy more brackets and a fan hub.
