    Because the pump will eventually fail and kill something, and because you aren't the original buyer I wouldn't do it because warenty will be next to impossible to get.

    If it's just for the gpu then get an aio and bracket to suit the gpu, easily the cheapest and safest way to watercool a gpu. Never cheap out on a custom loop, you'll regret it.

    I've used the DCP450 before and after I'd carried out maintenance on my loop, the seal wouldn't work properly and had leaks even after using some PTFE tape to try and create a seal (I'm a plumber by trade) so got my money back from watercoolinguk and paid a for better. 
     
    I may just have had a dodgy one but I'd stay away from it based on my experience with it.
     
    Whilst I used it it performed very quietly for an i5-4690k and R9 290X in a Xigmatek aquila case. at 450lph it's ideal for a small loop.

    CPU
    im not sure if there is an option to have the fan speed controlled by temp probes, but CPU temp is default

    To be honest I don't know. I'm not sure who is willing to pay a premium on a low end device with limited capability. Maybe its for people that just want a small computer, maybe its for "Apple fans", I'm just not sure why you wouldn't save and get a MacBook Air.
