Only Xeons can be used in multi-CPU configurations. There's no such thing as dual i7.

Rubber seals can be restored using alcohol. Just rub some on with a paper towel and any dryness should go away. If they are so dry they cracked then there is no fixing it, but after only a few months you should be fine unless you left the o-rings in the sun.

What the hell did you do?
Go into your BIOS and make sure the multiplier is set to 40 and the voltage set to Auto. That's not safe in any capacity.

titans are pointless and a waste of money. even for rendering. a 980ti will do the job just as well. plus the scalling of 3 or more gpus is terrible and youll get epic micro stuttering. everyones telling you to get 980tis for a reason!
