You can get a screw extractor or use a dremel tool to cut a wide enough notch in it to use a flat head screw driver to get it out.

I saw a HD 7950 sell of eBay Australia for $120, which is about right. Look for Tahiti based cards like the HD 7950, 7970, R9 280 and 280x

Ahh, I disagree. A dual band just means it is capable of 5Ghz. A single band can only connect at 2.4Ghz which is a more congested band. That and high throughput for streaming from PC to PC is what a dual band is for. It doesn't have anything to do with how many devices you can connect.
With that said, the 5Ghz band wouldn't be optimal in this case because of wall penetration. Instead you would probably be better with a wired router in the network closet and atleast 1 wireless AP somewhere in the house. As for where, hard to say by going on the diagram alone. Maybe 1 AP in living-room, on outside of bedroom wall, and 1 AP in master bedroom on the wall closer to the deck. Some of it is going to be trial and error. Download InSSIDer or something similar and see where the biggest wifi dead zones are in the house and try put AP around to cover them. That is where the Ubiquiti UniFi software comes in handy. See video by Linus here and see here for a comparsion of the different models.

I'm loving the floor plan drawing.
From personal experience, I would recommend a Ubiquiti UniFi AP. They're incredibly simple to set up, look pretty nice (as far as networking gear goes) and have good performance, even through thick concrete walls.
I have no experience with the router, but from what I've heard of Draytek, they tend to be pretty good.
If the apartment is completely wired, I'd try to have as many devices hardwired as you can.

I'd strongly recommend going with a dual-band access point if you can. Ubiquiti has an AC1200 class AP that's only ~$30AU more than that N300 one that has been linked to. Well worth the money to get those higher speeds on 5Ghz at close range.

If Wendell said so, then yes I agree.
Edit: I like how Logan doesn't even mention EIZO at this point of the video http://www.eizoglobal.com/products/foris/fs2735/index.html ,good thing Asus gets all the hype again.

2chriswy reacted to Awkward Turtle in Flat Pack Desk Pc Business Idea
Hi everyone,
I am thinking of a small business idea, and I have been doing some research and found out that no one is doing flat packed desks which house a
full gaming pc/server with Speakers, water cooling support etc, besides DIY modders. The only company I have found that used to do it was Red
Harbinger with there 'cross desk ' and they only shipped within the US instead of internationally. Unfortunately they have ceased production of it and
it leaves the market wide open.
Does anyone think there could be a potential for something like this? Its similar to what Parvum Systems do with there products. i.e flat-packed computer cases
would love some feedback on this

But since it's such a low budget? You can do better on a pure AMD build for the GPU and still get a good CPU.

Heyyo, That is PLENTY of PSU for that.
My PcPartPicker build puts it around 303W estimate. You have a really big safety buffer.
If he's selling you a 280X for $100 AUD and still have that $500 AUD for the CPU, RAM and Motherboard? You could even upgrade the CPU to an i5 for that price point still.
