  1. Id say you wait, wait for Steamroller. It supposedly will be on the level of Ivy Bridge while in multi-threading tasks will be above Haswell i7 4770k.
  2. Why din't you upgrade to FX 6300 or FX 8350, anyway Steamroller will be out soon and there are information's that indicate IPC improvements over 25-30% compared to Piledriver. If that is true then Steamroller will single threaded performance on par Ivy Bridge and multi-threaded performance considerably above comparable upcoming Haswell processors. 8 core's > 4 core's + 2 virtual fake core's
  3. Just shut up, PC Perspective got Prototype 2 drivers from AMD that fixed Crossfire issues with stuttering and shown better results than Titan and GTX 690. Why buy nVidia card that currently is "better" when the fix gets implemented into 13.6 driver will slam nVidia and its Frame Time/Latency... AMD was always better and look the history between both companies. Nvidia is always the worst, only its marketing saves it from going down like Fritz in Stuka when a Ruski shots him down with a cannon. Deal with it. For the guy, when Steamroller CPU gets out. Buy it as soon as you can, 30-40% of improvements over Bulldozer/Piledriver.
  4. FX 6300 is far better, i3 2220 is weak and FX 4300 is better and don't get a dual core processors since its not 2009! Its 2013!
  5. Guys, he is not from USA. CPU's and Motherboards cost more in his country, where ever he lives... Go AMD bro, you can probavly afford it.
  6. I really hope AMD won't make Excavator for AM3+, I want AMD to make a new socket that as no ties with old ones and a far better chip while also that new socket supports an both APU's and CPU's...
  7. I agree, we could see again how Intel gets stomped by AMD as it did numerous times...
  8. FX 8350 can be overclocked to 5Ghz without a water cooler, get a air cooler for 70-80$ eg Phanteks and buy some high grade/quality thermal paste and you can then overclock it to 5Ghz on air without needing a water cooling that needs a lot of maintenance.
  9. Wrong, It favors nVidia since at beginning of the development of Battlefield 3, more optimization was focused for nVidia but then AMD gave them an offer but they din't optimize for AMD. You can say its favoring AMD for Battlefield 4 but not Battlefield 3.

  11. It all depends from game to game, APU's from AMD are destroying Intel's HD 4000 and soon Richland wil be out in june and offer 10% improvements in CPU and 20-40% improvements in GPU. Richland will allow great low budget gaming experience.
