    try with BIOS 1.4, I had OC problems with 1.5 and had to move back.

    Looks like cranking up your Vcore helped a lot too.

    You can run Windows 10 deactivated for as long as you want, so also save those $120

    And see if you can fit a true quad core CPU with the money saved.

    RX 470 is a good 35% faster than GTX 960. RX 480 50% faster.

    you can get a windows product key here for much cheaper. i suggest using the extra money for an i5 64/6500 if you can spare the extra expense. definitely will make a big impact on performance.
