Thanks to both, I will end up changing the power supply. Ordering everything as I'm typing Thanks Fardin especially for your build

Hey guys, sorry I got home late So in the end I won't buy a graphics card until later. I've also just checked and I have a Cooler Master M600 RS-600-AMBA-D3 power supply, could I hold on to this? I also decided I'll just go full atx case. But the question is, do I get the 1600x or the 1700? Is there any real benefit between the two? This is the only thing i need to decide. For everything else Fardin's build looks good Cheers, I hope to order this by tomorrow! LE: nvm, i have learnt that the 1600x is not very good. Any other last minute recommandations? I'm thinking of sticking with my old power supply

micro-atx, sorry. Fixed in the main post. But this is not a necessity, ATX would do fine. Holding off on the GPU is a very good idea though! This might be my course of action and just focus on the £600 price range to save up for a GPU in the future. I'll be moving over my 512GB of SSD so will not need one. If anyone has a build they made for another person previously that fits to me, i'd be happy to see some!

Hey guys, i've been out of the pc building for a while so i'm not exactly sure what the current standards are But basically i was wondering about upgrading my pc. My current setup (quite old, 8gb ram, i5-3570k, gtx 560ti) is not doing too badly but i was wondering if I can do better Firstly, i'd want to ask if I'd even see a substantial change. I'm mainly a developer, I play some games every now and then (rocket league, dota, torchlight) but that's about it. Would upgrading help me much with compile times and such? (where the GPU is not considered for processing) Other than that, I will be porting over my storage, some fans, and peripherals. If possible, I'd like a micro atx case/motherboard but not essential Cheers!

Android auto touch macro on start-up(no root)

It's not hard to do with or without programming knowledge? -
I've installed an android tablet in my car to replace the factory stereo and one thing that annoys me is that after every start there's 4-5 on screen buttons I need to press first in order for the tablet to start streaming music from my phone. Would anyone have any ideas on how I could create something like a macro that would execute after the tablet turns on and simulate a few touches on screen?(I'm assuming with x,y coordinates). I can't root the tablet

Hi guys, I've recently been looking to buy an ultrabook, mainly for programming, and virtual machine support. I will every now and then play a game or two at low settings, such as rocket league, or Dota2 The main things i'm looking for are the following: A good CPU - quad core preferred, but this is very rare with ultrabooks so dual core is fine. The better the CPU the happier i'll be 8GB ram (or more) 256GB SSD (or more) Screen size of 13-14" would be ideal. I'd like the resolution to be 1920x1080. If it's more than this, I don't mind, but I feel it's extra cost for very little gain. Since i'll maybe do some light gaming every now and then, I'd like the internal graphics to not be too bad. Intel Iris graphics are usually very good, so if this is possible, this would be great. I should also add I want the machine to be very portable, so I'd like it to not weigh more than 1.75kg. On the lower end of this, such as 1kg-1.5kg is preferable Apart from that, general things like good build quality or good keyboard are appreciated I have a budget of 600-800ish, though the best bang for my buck is definitely the key here I've been looking at a couple of machines such as the zenbook ux303ua, and lenovo yoga 710, but i'm not quite certain - the yoga feels like i'm paying for the 2-in-1 which i won't really use a lot of, the zenbook seems just alright, but if it had Iris graphics i would've preferred that a lot more. What reccomandations do you guys have?

Of course I have, even owned one or two of them . I was just reading now about them acquiring Sharp in North America. Any point in even looking at the second hand market? Like this looks great for the price and I'd rather have the warranty and peace of mind that comes with a new product but are there any worthwhile features of a more expensive used one that you could get for basically this price?
-
That looks pretty good actually! First time I hear of Hisense though and can find only a handful of reviews for the 55" model but looks good otherwise.

It's been over 6 years since I bought a TV, time has come to replace my trusty LG32" but since it's been so long my knowledge of TV's has become way too outdated so hope you guys can tell me some of the things I should be on the lookout for, panel types and the likes. I'm in UK, budget around £600, only feature I really care about is picture quality, any other features are just nice bonuses. As for size the bigger the better but don't want to buy the biggest cheapest screen either. Oh and it would probably be nice if it had built-in freeview since the current one has one so I don't have a separate freeview receiver. Is the second hand market worth looking into at all?

Cool. Thank you guys!

Forgot to ask how do I go about connecting them? I'll pair them with my Xonar STX II which has 2 Stereo RCA outputs. Do I get 2 phono RCA cables and connect to the RCA unbalanced output on the speaker?
-
Cool. I'll probably have to put them a bit higher than my head due to my case being so tall. Thank you for the help!
-
Got it now, thanks! How high should I position the speakers on the wall? Ideally should the speakers and my head be at the same level or does it not matter?

I'm not quite sure I understand this part. What do you mean?
