That has put you into decent ADSL2 territory but with 2x the upload bandwidth not too shabby.

So this setup isn't my own, as I followed a setup by some youtubers. Pretty much what I'm expecting from my PC is the ability to play a game at about any setting (low is fine) with 30fps+. I'm not a ultra graphics 60FPS+ person so im not expecting perfect graphics. I just want to enjoy games on the PC. The games i plan on playing are Skyrim with a good amount of mods, killing floor 2, Total war series, and FO4 (with mods when they are available in the future). Anyways with this in mind, is this PC going to satisfy my gaming needs and will it be effecient for the near future? Any tips on improving this PC is welcomed, the price is about 400$ but im willing to drop another 100$,( I'm not including widows, keyboard/mouse and cables etc in this budget). Also will this system be able to be upgraded in the future if i decide to invest more? Please excuse me if I'm not the most informed as this is my first PC.

How did I criticize charging a premium for earlier access to content?
 
IIRC all I've ever said is "our content will always be free". And it is. You just need to wait a week, which doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

I disagree with Vessel as a concept, it's terrible. Linus in the past has criticised this method of distribution which does make him a hypocrite.
 
Thing is that Vessel has give Linus a lot of money to build the new office and basically, Linus accepted and here be the new office. I expect Linus to reduce the period that videos are exclusive to vessel (72 hours would be more acceptable) eventually (maybe when the contract expires) because at the moment it's basically a massive fuck you to the YouTube community which Linus has relied upon for so long. In my opinion, it's a bit of one rule for the rich, one rule for the poor. If I wanted to, I could easily afford to keep vessel but I can't stand the way it works and the segregation it's brought to the community.
 
A complaint that's undisputedly valid is the fact that before coverage of a weeklong show for example, the videos will be shown on vessel on day one, but by day 7, the videos aren't on YouTube. Instead, they're kept for 2 weeks despite the fact there's only a 1 week exclusivity period. I also would get really frustrated that Linus teases content on Twitter or Instagram like a day before its vessel debut but it's a week until its YouTube debut. This basically creates a bad experience for YouTube viewers.
 
 
I'm sorry, but this makes you sound really arrogant. He would have to be an imbecile not to understand the point of vessel an the point of exclusive videos, the point of the post was to object to Vessel.

It may fail, but I feel like it's got a lot of money invested in it, after all, it gave a lot of money to Linus for the new office.
 
Also, why should the topic be locked? It doesn't make sense to me personally.

This site vessel sucks, it's disorienting no matter how much they tried to copy the youtube loadout also it feels super bloated- I have to un-zoom my browser window to 67% in order to view what's going on the page normally. I went there because there are some interesting (bait) videos that are a week old and still not uploaded to youtube, tried to watch one but the loading times are so horrible it feels like i'm on  2008 youtube despite the fact that I have 100mbit up "and" down   http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4281638854

My request is to just begin uploading the newer videos also to youtube, i know you're trying different ways to earn more out of your content but my experience with vessel for now is not satisfactory for a PAID platform.

Yes, in a perfect world where no one uses adblock, Linus wouldn't have a need for vessel.
Vessel was crap when it first launched, but it has gotten better over time.
 
I got the free vessel account, because it was free. I won't be paying for an account when it's finished just so I can see content a week earlier.
It isn't worth it in my opinion.
 
EDIT: the release date for Youtube videos never changed when the vessel deal was created.
