    My advice is play deathmatch and complete the archivement for each weapon. Its make you use to it. Then play arms race to make you play faster.

    unplug and plug the SATA cables, I thinks it's the hard drive that interrupt booting. or if you have USB drive plugged, it might be. also check your RAM. I hope it help.

    splitscreen... have big screen, why not? but multiple screen would better. I think 1 screen 2 player would be good too, not split.
