I would go with the x99 just because I just upgraded to x99 also and im not disappointed, thats if the money is not an object... However! I had a 4790k previously and I don't really see much difference in performance other than rendering videos.

I would image looking at AMD's APU's would be your best bet.

static electricity + electronics = bad.
 
Though I personally have never used an anti-static wrist strap or grounded myself on a plugged in power supply before/when working on a PC, and have never broken anything by doing that. (I work on them in my room, which has a carpet floor, and I wear socks while doing it too )

I built my first one on carpet in socks without any protection, maybe I just got lucky but I have never esd'd a part. I just make it habit to touch my case every so often.

All I drink is water and I eat nothing for breakfast most of the time, lunch and dinner I pig out most of the time, I dont really exercise so its starting to catch up to me in the past 3 years ive been pc gaming. Its time for a lifestyle change....

I use cheap logitech stuff, cleaning the keboard is easy. All you have to do is bang it on one side until the shit comes out.

I thought ahead, I'm currently in high-school and I enrolled in a technical trade (HVAC/R) where I am guaranteed to get a job making 20-30 an hour starting off. I do plan to further my education into a field such as computer engineering. Photo and Video production has also been a growing interest for me. As for a job the first place to start is the web, you have the world at your fingertips though you may need to move a bit to get the job you want. Good luck!!

Yes you should feel bad. While trolling and everything can be hilarious, there are some boundaries you should NEVER cross, and that was one of them. Never do that again.

I'm currently using my dining room table as my desk broke and My current mod is a potted plant resting in front of my monitors.

I personally would go for an i7-4790k (or 4770k) over the Xeon but that would just be my personal preference, and I know that they are definitely very capable when it comes to intensive gaming and streaming at the same time. I also have that RAM and it's even better in real life than in the pictures. I love it :-D
 
You could also get the i7 4790k and a 280x? I don't know if that would suit you, but it would be a very capable computer for the job in hand I think

My teachers were giving me the alt codes for accents for Windows. FOR MY CHROMEBOOK.
THEY DID THE SAME THING BEFORE FOR MY ALPHASMART DANA. THAT RUNS PALM OS.

Yes it depends on when it was made but you never know what you'll get if you order it online, they may ship you a very new board or a very old one.
