Only issue I've had is with trying to use Samsung RAPID with Windows 10, you get random blue screens.

I would say, wait for the 980 TI to come out and buy a 980 on the cheap. The gains wont justify paying 2x the price.
 
To be fair, they could make a 10 ghz cpu if they wanted to, they just decided to go with multiple cores instead.

The reason why you don't see fnatic members and other pros do similar things is because professionals don't follow predictable paths when faced against an AWPer behind a smoke. 

I've been using P2715Q monitors for gaming (but primarily workstation productivity), I have two of them and they've been amazing. It's IPS so the refresh rate and response rate are slower, but it's very playable and a beautiful experience. I actually used to play on 144Hz 1ms gaming monitors and it hasn't been an issue for me, been running them for about 1-2 months now. If you're going to go for 4K you should get an IPS display, if you're truely into solely gaming I would maybe get a 1440p 120-144hz IPS display, I think acer is coming out w/ one soon.

Yea, I've looked into their keycaps but they use ABS and I am wanting something that doesn't discolor or fade away over time and have that nice textured feel. Thanks for the suggestion, unless they have a PBT option... no clue.

Also I am not sure on your level of programming knowledge, but you may want to use Notepad++ - it's a must.

Another option would maybe get a more rigid mouse pad that requires more effort to slide?

Personally if I were you I would sit some money back and try and get a better monitor for gaming to go w/ your 970.
If these are your only options I would probably opt in for the Dell monitor.

I hate all Anti-viruses. they just get in your way and slow down your system.
I've been running w/o an AV for 3 years now, I am just careful about what websites I visit and what I download.
