Day 24 - Once I was I saw all the wires sticking out of the back of the pumps, I decided I needed to do something to make them look better and hide the cables.  So I bought some Bitspower end caps that are supposed to only go on the back of Bitspower pumps and not Alphacool pumps, so I had to come up with something to allow them to fit on the back of the pumps.
 
After some thinking I came up with this!  I traced the shape of the pump backing and the inside of the pump end cap, cut it out of 1/2" wood and this is what you are left with


 
It now fit's perfect on the end cap and can be easily removed.

Day 13 - I decided to start making the drill holes for the fan cutout's so I placed and lined up all the fans, marked them, got the drill press and drilled them all out.


Day 14 - After another couple of weeks and selling a few of my toys, these bad boys landed in the mail

Finally got around to taking the case apart, and actually mounting this part.   This was made easy since I had a version 1 that was slightly wrong cut I could use as a template.     The V1 that I used as template for the drilling.     Look at that fit:D It litterally snaps in place!     Tools I will be using.     used a drill to mark up where the holes needed to be.     after that, I used this thing to punch a small hole in the plate.     This does so that the drill does not fly off to one of the sides when drilling.     Making a mess is something I am very good at.     All mounted, and all cables put in to see if the length was somewhat correct.     Starting to really like this one:D     The cables still needs to be adjusted to sit completely perfect, but I am getting there.     The 8 pin also needs a bit of work still.     Rear side. I will most likely end up getting a second 6 tb drive and a bigger SSD.     I do not think I need to use the cable cover plate for this build:D   Next up, milling a huge block of acrylic!

Finally getting a bit more done on this one!
 
Will be machining a little something something this weekend, but until then, I am working on the cable plate that will connect all the cables together.
 
Already mounted the 24 pin cable in it, and took a few makro shots of it. I will get working on passing the rest of the cables trough over the next few days, but as I have to sleeve them as well, it takes a fair bit of time.

reworked a couple of things as I was waiting for some items to arrive, 
 
redone the cable a bit better & in a brighter red than the 1st attempt..
 

 

 
 
Wasn't happy with the 1st carbon ASUS logos so iv also redone them, done them the same as the Deblow logo, 
used laser cut logos & cut the leather & wood backing to match & blend.

Progress Update
 
This Project has been named Blood Bath
 
Finally got back from a month long vacation in China, and Asus finally released their 128gb ram compatible BIOS, also all my parts have arrived!

Yea there's four, the one in the back isn't a Superclocked version, bought it on accident oops... (its for sale btw)

 Damn this box is HUGE.

Computer is finally operational, just waiting on graphic cards. Here are some pics of the parts and expect an update soon. Kinda had to rig together a cooler for the cpu.... I also got Fallout New Vegas for free with the G.Skill ram, haven't played it yet so hopefully its a good game. Enjoy the pics

UPDATE:
 
Almost done with the 3.5 HD racks, they will each hold 2 drives for now, but can be adjusted to fit 3 if needed.   Made from wood like almost everything.       Made some grills that match the ones I did for the sides of the desk a couple of months back.       Painted in flat black to match the other components & desk.       Added some RGB lighting, so they will have independent options as do all the other parts of the desk, this will give endless lighting/colour options & modes.     once the HD racks are completed I can then move back on to the hard tubes

Sanded down the legs and applied some dark brown stain. It kinda came out black and I was hoping for a bit lighter colour. Although basically black it still looks very nice and once I lacquer it with a satin clear coat it should be even better. I'm kinda deciding weather or not to stain the box for the computer housing aswell, in the renders I have it stained but looking at it now I might not stain it. Once I finish the legs I will reassemble the table and see what it looks like, If i have to I can always stain the box.

As for computer stuff the Asus X99 deluxe 3.1 motherboard and all noctua fans are being delivered. When I get them I will post some nice product pics. Working on compiling all water cooling stuff at the moment. Table is due in 3 weeks so the pressure is on.
 

Update 7/15/2015

Another update!  Getting closer and closer to finishing this project, this will be the last "progress" update to the project until it is finished.   I will be posting some images of the project at some of the events I'm taking it to, so keep an eye out for those.

So lets get to it!

Started testing the lighting system, these suckers are bright!  RGB LEDs controlled via IR remote and receiver.



This is one thing I'm not happy with and will be fixing in the future.  The lights are SO bright that they bleed through the 3D printed plastic.  I think the solution to this will be to disassemble the case and paint either the interior of the case or the paint all the parts to add a barrier for the light.  THIS WILL BE FIXED!



As with the last update, we painted the motherboard tray along with a number of other small parts.

As I stated before, I will be taking this project with me to a few show, and to make sure it all gets there in one piece, I ordered a pelican case to ship it all in.

After the two shows are over, I will be handing the case over to a friend of mine to do all the cabling, at that point I only have a few minor things to take care of and it will be completed!!

will you mount the 30mm alphacool in the bottom or on the side bracket?
 
is there even space for fans when using a 30mm rad?
 
 
this build has been done with a 25mm rad and slim fans ?!

edit: also the alphacool block seems to be rather thick.
