HI!, i`m currently stress testing with OCCT

I dialed in a 4.5Ghz OC on this mobo voltage is at 1.250v I will lower the voltage after some time with testing
    Ram is @2400Mhz (xmp)
Temps hover between 57 and 71max with my H110

I won`t push it further since i bought this chip and have it running at 4.5 so im happy
so far so good, im not an overclocker, so i bet someone experienced can get better results.

What i did just now is disable turbo boost, multiplier to 45 on all cores, core voltage to 1.250v, enabled XMP for ram and thats it, so im pretty sure theres some headroom on this chip.

PD: OCCT tells me that my CPU VCORE is at 0.95v O__o so i have to check that

So I've had it more or less together for a couple weeks, but I haven't gotten around to making a build thread.

    Parts list
    Case:  Inwin 301, black
    PSU:  Rosewill Quark 650
    Motherboard:  Asrock AB350M Pro4
    CPU:  Ryzen 5 1600X
RAM:  Corsair LPX 3200 2x8gb kit, white
    CPU Cooler:  Cryorig H7
Storage:  Plextor M8Pe 512gb nvme SSD
    GPU:  Sapphire R9 Fury Nitro
Display:  LG 27UD58 27in 4K IPS with Freesync
Fans:  Arctic F12 PWM, Silverstone 120mm slim fans
Misc:  Cablemod white sleeved PSU cable extensions, 3d printed cable clips, Phanteks RGB LED strips, generic 5050 RGB LED.

This is basically the first build I've actually decided to care about how it looks, rather than just stuffing everything inside the case and not worrying about the abomination inside once the side panel is on.

First things first:  Normally the Inwin 301 looks like this:

That red light on the front is pretty cool, but it looks stupid if the inside of the case is lit up ANY color that is not red, plus I hate red LED's, so that shit needed to go.  There's a SATA power connector that powers the front LED's, so just leaving that unplugged is enough to disable them, but I wanted to go farther.

Managed to free the front panel module from the case after some disassembly, then removed carefully pried open the clips holding in the Inwin logo and diffuser.  Then I stuck the 5050 RGB LED strip around the inside edge, and cut a slot for the strip and wiring to come out, and put it back together (middle image is actually after I installed the RGB strip).  You can see the red surface mount LED's along the outside edge of the board, so the RGB LED's should provide similar lighting.  I need to make an adapter cable to go from the connector on my cheap generic RGB strip to either the Phantek's strip, or to the other RGB header on my motherboard.

Got the mobo with CPU and SSD mounted.  For some reason  I don't actually have a good picture of it, but I got bored and decided to paint the rear IO shield because the shiny stamped silver looked cheap, and I wanted to try out the can of Metalcoat purple that I bought, which is kinda visible here.

Mounted the CPU cooler and installed the ram.  Purple IO shield is a bit more visible here, but was a solidly pointless thing to do.

Everything installed, before I finished cleaning up the cables.  The front fans didn't fit between the fan mount and the GPU, so they initially had to go between the fan mount and the front panel.  This didn't work, which is why I bought some slim fans.  Fury Nitro's a thiccboy, so I couldn't fit standard fans between the card and the bottom of the case.  This is the other reason I bought a few slim fans, although before I put them in I'm going to experiment with a shroud to both support the GPU's weight as well as prevent air from re-circulating through the GPU.

Put the side panel on just to get hyped up about it:

After cleaning up the cables a bit, I put it all back together and was rewarded with this, taken while the bios was updating.  The whitebalance on my phone got a bit confused, it's actually purple, not blue.

I used Onshape (the cad program I use at home) for all the layout to make sure everything would fit, as it was mandatory that both workstations could be in use at the same time while still having enough room to not feel on top of each other.  Modeled how much space I had in that corner of the room, as well as made rough models of the case for all three computers (new, old, and my server), monitors, keyboards, chairs, and 3d printer.  Ikea is awesome for this, as all of their tabletops are pretty available in different sizes and made to be modular.  I was able to use two Ikea Linnmon table tops (47inx23in) for the workstations on each side, along with the Linnmon corner desk.  When I modeled things, I was less concerned about the supports aside from the height, but I ended up using two Alex drawer units for support between the straight sections on the side and the corner piece.  The legs are just silver Adils table legs.

Here is all of that stuffed into a Honda Fit (the corner desk is tied to the roof).

And the finished product for one side.  I need to get the cable management figured out (as well as get the other two computers set up again).

I love this case, the round design really stands out, its a little expensive, other than that nice job.

I would love an Matx version, and also a "manta Mini" version, less space for water cooling on front and top, a little more narrow, and you`ll have a true ITX case.

I still like the original design, but a Mini version of this case still makes sense.

    Out of this budget is:
MONITOR: Samsung syncmaster p2470hd MOUSE: Yenkee YMS 2015BK All of those components were bought about a month ago.
The thing is, that i also get another 200$ and i don't know how to spend it.
I am thinking about those things:

SPEAKERS: Logitech Z150 black - just becouse my monitor has the worst sound ever [24$] HEADPHONES: A4tech Bloody G500 [28$] WEBCAMERA: A4tech PK-900H Full HD - becouse of streaming [24$] RAM: Another pair of my Kingston 8GB KIT - to have 16GB of RAM for future upgrading [49$] GAMEPAD: Logitech Wireless F710 -  for games [48$] MOUSE: A4tech Blody RT7 terminator core 2 - programmable, nice looking ,wirelles mouse [40$] MONITOR: LED 24" SAMSUNG S24D300H - get better monitor is one of the prefer options to spend my budget but not full of it [141$] FANS: Noctua NF-S12A - another pair of those amazing fans to have my case more quiet so i will change stock CPU cooler fan for two Noctua fans [40$]
But i also thinking about new graphic card. Like i said i have got Sapphire R7 250X 1GB, it's quite nice and cheap card. I have tried games like Battlefield 4, GTA V and it seems just like 1GB isn't enough so what about those:

    MSI R9 380 2GB5T OC [221$ - just a little bit more than 200$] or
    MSI R7 370 GAMING G2 [182$]

Have you even tried an xbox one? Better yet, do you even read what you type? Because when it comes to the xbox one, you sure do throw a lot of hyperbole about!Right at this very moment there are quite a few games on the X1 that are running at 1080p 60fps, but I will grant you that not all of them are. Some are 1080p 30fps, and some are using a lower resolution. But to be quite honest, who the hell really cares? This resolution bs wasn't even a thing with gaming consoles until this generation, but what does it matter as long as people are enjoying a game they like? A higher resolution might improve the image on the screen, but it doesn't make a bad game good. Just as a slightly lower than 1080p resolution doesn't make a good game bad. And not every single game requires that golden 60fps either.

I disagree. Look at it this way, the PSU for the xbox one fails. And all Microsoft need to do is send you a new one. The PSU on the PS4 fails, and you have to send the entire unit away for repair. The design for the xbox one isn't that lazy, microsoft just putting some forward thinking into it bringing down the cost of potential repairs/replacements, and going their own route. As for the looks, they do not bother me. It looks very much at home on my black tempered glass tv stand, and since 2013 I have not once thought "god that thing is huge".
As for if Microsoft release a version of the console without the blu-ray. I could be tempted, if the price is right. Just have to see if it is true or not.

Same exact gpus for both under same exact names, desktop ones just could be clocked a bit higher. (and its ok, if laptops just never get the very top end one)

We NEED this to bring on the era where gaming PCs are NUC sized and desktop video cards are single slot again. Time for the huge, disgusting towers to die out already.

You're right, they shouldn't matter - but for some weird reason, people got up in arms about 10-50 watts difference in power consumption when Maxwell was released. All of the sudden, temps and power efficiency are now the most important damn thing in enthusiast GPU builds.
