Congrats on your first build! I would say just watch youtube videos about build logs and building computers, as that's how I learned, and I built my PC without any problems, and rather quickly.

I'm going to be building a PSP laptop concept to try and get me into programming and moding. it will be cheap and tricky
okay so here's the plan:
 
aquire PSP 1000
for those of you who dont know, this is the first gen of psp realeased and having owned all of them exept the 3000, i like it the best.
 
buy more memory
psp 1000 comes with a pathetic 32mb stick of memory.
 

 
Which is fine for saving games ect... but i want to take advantage of the PlayStation store and other downloadable content. So instead of buying one of those expensive PSP memory cards i have found an elegant solution.

i just soldered the speaker wires to the motherboard and get rid of the crumby stock ones :)

eventually it worked and he put them up on his site, however he will not be taking any more questions or spending anymore time on this so please don't bother him!

Incoming Quickfire Rapid posts. You can catch one for about 50$ And there's a new cool slick Quickfire Stealth which I have ordered. Great build quality, tenkeyless. I'm sure you can find a better tenkeyless with that budget, but if you want to play safe, that's the answer.

Oh don't worry about that. As long as it is going up to 4.2Ghz normally you shouldn't care about it not displaying.

There will be tbagging and vbagging.

I don't think people understand -.-  Once you mess around the operating systems, they're just computers.  The one with the i7-3615QM, GT 650M, 8GB DDR3, and SSD will win if the others have worse hardware.  That's all there is to it.  There's nothing magical about Macs that would affect performance in Windows.  They're all just computers, the one with the fastest hardware wins.
