    Non-modular power supply's are able to be slight more power efficient however, modular PSUs allow you to plug in only the Cables/ Harnesses you need so there is less cable clutter.

    You should save your money and buy a Corsair CX500M, your system pulls max 400-450 Watts depending on how high your OC is for both your GPU and CPU. You should probably just change the PSU.

    Yes a 520 Watt system is more than enough for your system. Since your not even OCing your CPU or GPU, your system draws like 400 watts.

    Its made out of steel for most of its construction and a brushed aluminium plate at the front.

    Kinda sad as you can OC Sandy-e and get alot better scores. Even reviewers are getting chips that barely hit 4.5ghz.

    Thats just one of the problems when aluminium is sandblasted and your rubbing the pads constantly against, the finish will come off.

    You can just purchase stand alone dust filters for your intakes if there arent any included in the case your going for.

    Positive pressure requires more intake than exhaust, not if you have fan filters or not.

    You should use the Intel controller for your SSD/boot drive just for the some software level optimizations that intel provides on their controllers for SSDs like Intel Smart Response. Other than that, you can use the marvell or asmedia controllers that mobo manufactures use for mass storage, but in raw throughput they both hit the SATA 3 cap of 6 GB/s

    No one really cares, cause these difference add up to 1-3C in variation of performance from one another. It's all about aesthetics, nothing more nothing less.

    Watercooling is all about aesthetics. All of those blocks perform relatively close to one another. Just pick the block that compliments your other components, blocks, etc and you personally find the most appealing.
