As much as people like to claim that "everyone is equal", that is simply not true.
We care more about people we have a connection with. Since a lot of people watch and follows TB, they feel a far stronger connection/relation to him than to some other random person.

It is amazing. Bought it knowing very little about it, and am blown away by how good it is. I've played just over 15 hours, and for each of those hours i was glued to my screen. It is so intense and rewarding, and it is so nice to look at!

Yep gotta agree that I think Bungie and Activision knew exactly what they were doing, as I've read they did the exact same thing with D1 but just didn't get that much flak for it. It always frustrates me personally to see a company write in a statement "We've heard community feedback" or "We know we've made mistakes and we have learned from it." Because these things happen multiple times coming from the same devs/publishers. They are just taking us around the block and thinking of a way to do the same exact thing without more people catching on and sparking an outrage like in this instance or even more so with EA's recent Battlefront 2 debacle.

BF1 is notorious for poor performance with i5 processors. This could be your issue. Especially since the gpu isn't being utilized fully, because it's probably waiting on processes from the cpu. 

Prime matchmaking has actually helped a lot, at least in my experience. You have to link a phone number to the account, which can easily be worked around, but your account also has to be level 21 to enroll. I've played 8 games of prime matchmaking and haven't come across a cheater, or at least not a blatantly obvious one. They've all been really good games

A heavily modded Skyrim, if you're willing to put the effort into it. To say the game engine is starting to show its age would be an understatement, but with the right set of mods, Skyrim is still the undisputed king of graphical fidelity on the PC.
 

Besides that, the new Star Wars: Battlefront has to be one of the best-looking games of all time. It's a shame the game itself is trash, though. 

For an incredible balance between a high-quality game and incredible graphics, grab yourself a copy of The Witcher 3, and get Essenthy Onigami's Super Turbo Lighting Mod. The installation is drag-and-drop, and it makes the game look just like the E3 demos of it (i.e; before the downgrade).
