    To OP, just get a build with like... 3 980's a i7 5960X (or something.. can't remember fully..) 16 or 32 GB of DDR4..

    i3-4150 with 4GB of 1333 ram and a H81 board should really be enough for the core parts. Any generic case with an 80+ PSU as well as a 250GB/500GB HDD could be considered. Anything else would really be for you to decide.

    Competitive Halo was literally the thing that launched my Addiction to comp halo. To me it was the best E-Sport and will always be the best one.

    I searched and didn't see a thread about competitive Halo.
     
    Major League Gaming, Pro Gaming League, Ultimate Gaming Championship,  - these are all leagues that hosted Halo tournaments.
    European Gaming League, Electronic Sports League
     

     
     
     
    With the Master Chief Collection releasing soon and UGC doing a 10k Halo 2 Anniversey tournament, the competitive Halo scene could be rising from the dead. Hopefully MLG will pick Halo back up, if not, I assume PGL or UGC will attempt to get something going for Halo tournaments.
     
    Currently, the best place to get information on competitive Halo and Halo in gernal is www.TeamBeyond.net.
     
     
    If you know nothing about competitive Halo, I suggest watching these video's.
