  1. Looks like your mobo has two regular 3.0 style headers... you don't need the adapter. USB 3.1 Gen 1 is the same as USB 3.0... USB 3.1 Gen 2 is the new one.

  4. It requires power cycle because it needs to reboot to apply the settings.... Also you actively have another thread for this issue? Go into BIOS and restore settings to default and reboot. It should override risen master's configs if it is stuck at 4 core for some reason... Also, it looks like you did an update to windows 10 instead of a clean install? Ryzen won't work correctly if its been brought over from an intel build.
  5. Ryzen needs a NEW clean install to work correctly... Also Windows 10 is required for full support
  6. Ryzen for this, Adobe loves cores!
  7. at 3:08 you state Every Ryzen 5 has 16MB of L3 cache.... Ryzen 5 1400 has only 8MB... This part appears to be binned 4 + 0 instead of 2 + 2 as with the 1500X https://www.amd.com/en/products/cpu/amd-ryzen-5-1400 Thanks!
  8. Use the bootable DOS version. The windows one doesn't do low level nearly as well
  9. No. These cores are usually disabled and sold as lesser CPUs since they have issues.
  10. Both. No reason to potentially have a mismatch, etc
  11. GPU0 https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/155838/ati-r9295x2-4096-140305-1 GPU1 https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/155839/ati-r9295x2-4096-140305 Download the DOS flash tool there also, boot from a different GPU (preferably a non-AMD card) and flash accordingly
  12. Like I said... Try reflashing the BIOS first. A corrupt bios can make all kinds of issues
  13. most likely. Normally on-screen issues without immediate crashing was VRAM failure. i'd still try a flash with the stock bios to rule out a bad flash on it.
