I don't know but seasonic is overall just better then the cooler master. cooler master also has good series of PSU's but they are pretty expensive where you can get the same one from seasonic or superflower for less. My neighbour kid recently put one in his system, the G serie 80+ gold rated PSU. A very beautifull one comes with a bag for spare cable's and has a nice clean build and even with only 2 fans on his case I didn't hear the PSU. Also the corsair is bronze where the seasonic is gold.

ECC is error correcting code memory, it detects errors and fixes them is a fast explanation. It is good to use them in builds where data corruption sucks ass like in big rendering projects. I didn't know it was mostly audio files. If you are gonna do big stuff like CAD then it is good to have ECC.

Well ECC might not be as important in audio editing no I didn't read that but for stuff like CAD it is smart to take it so you don't have to throw away hours of rendering because of a little corruption. Also I didn't mean only a workstation card but that he should get a rendering card next to a normal VGA Card.

Wait so you came in here talking about single GPU setups while he was going for a SLI setup plus the fact you call me out on stuff I never said like me talking about the CPU and in the end all you did was come out here posted how some stuff was not necessary or bad and called us noobs and contributed nothing of importance or helped the OP with his build. Then you should be ashamed for only coming in post hating on them and just annoying people.

Uhm lol 80 or so euro's for the kingston Fury 1866 Mhz you don't really got your facts straight at all. The difference in the production isn't gonna affect performance so much that you will notice it or see it in benchmarks. BTW yes everyone does select the cheapest RAM from respected fabricators like Kingston, Crucial, Corsair and others.

I agree on getting a 256 GB SSD with a 1 TB HDD and he should either get a good 750W PSU which cost around 100 euro's for gold, fully modular or a 500-600W one for no SLI but then that Mobo is also pretty useless in respect to its SLI capability.

Well depends if you go from a 6300 to a fx8320 you don't but it isn't a super duper upgrade. You are better of going a Z97 with a 4460 or something like that and then go to a 4690k or 4790k later on.

The build you gave us with the 4460 on the Sniper Mobo(might wanna try to get a Z97 board like the MSI Z97 PC Mate) with the GTX970 is very good, even when you get a R9 290 instead it will still give you great performance.

Looks hard and scary but all you do as far as I have seen is follow a guide and mess around with the voltage and multiplier. I never did it and have a locked PC, but the next PC will be with unlocked and OCing will be done. You can just look most stuff online and watch some videos of linus.

If you really do not wanna OC yeah then a 4460 is fine or a 4690 as they are both locked and can not be used to OC.

You sir are the twat with no respect and just because I said that it was easier for the guy to use GBP I wasn't mad but now I am.

Oh wait and I started posting before you and was focussed on the build all the time I said you should use GBP to help him more and you had to say I was mad you derailed it and eventually had to resort to calling me names to prove your point. Overkill if you aren't gonna SLI look at a 500W one otherwise pick up a 750W PSU. Estimated wattage of your major components is said to be around 340 W give or take 30W more for the rest as Drives and fans aren't that power consuming. So yeah 500W for no SLI and 750W for 2-way possibly 3-way SLI.

How about you edit your post so we dont have 5?All of your post are useless money wasting, supernova NEX is a discontinued PSU so he should then get a EVGA G2 750W. The MX100 SSD is fine and a 295x2 is overkill for anything without a lot of monitors or high res. also yeah that RAM is indeed better because it is cheaper.

Haha take me on it, I dont mind especially during the time you have finished your list I have a period of time where I will have less stuff to do for school anyway . So yeah if the PC is for gaming and translating then the 2011(-3) platform is really unnecessary. The dad from a friend of mine is also a translator, he translates manuals from big manufacturers. But yeah I am assuming that the programs you run for the translating aren't consuming much of the CPU, RAM or GPU? If so then you can just looking at building a gaming PC which can be used to translate documents. Even though you could rock a G3258 or a I3-4100 serie with a 970/290 and get good perfomance I would only recommend it too people on a smaller budget. I think on your budget you can easily rock the I5-4690k with a 970, which will last you a long time(~4 years on high settings) gaming wise and for translating it will last you till a part dies. Also even though most games still only use one strong core I expect gaming to start utillizing more cores. Farcry 4 wouldnt run on a duo core without hyperthreading anymore, for example. Well enough time to figure this out before you are gonna buy the PC .Btw by the time you are gonna build it the new AMD 300 serie might be out which might be interesting.

Sadly I dont have it. I would love too as it looks amazing IMO, but if you search: hardwarecanucks H440 review they will tell you the same. The fans have a limited airflow due to the panels on top and in the front but it has a lot fan options to counter that.

I am dutch and you overpay way to much for those GPU's a 970 is around 300-350 in holland. Pls take a look at paradigit.com, 4launch.nl and alternate.nl also check tweakers.net for the best prices.
Get the 4790k it is the same CPU but they fixed something with the internal components they should cost about the same.
Other thing get a GTX970 and if you do so then get a EVGA G2 750W(if you stay AMD get the EVGA G2 850W) both are much better value then the corsair one. I could make a build tomorrow if you want with dutch prices, because I am on my phone now and travelling so.

You can change the board back to the ASUS one and yeah then it will be a super good build.

Really I can't like tell you one specific one depends on the prices, but good brands are Crucial (Ripjaws series is good), Kingston, G.Skill (Ballistix) and Corsair (vengeance don't go the the expensive dominator platinum).
    In the Netherlands 2 x 4 Gb of Ripjaws X series CL9 1866 Mhz is around 73 euro's.
