Well that rules out the GTX 970 

This build was challenging to say the least.  My first learning experience with hard tubing and there really isn't a whole lot of room to work with and cable routing can get tricky.  I also had to get "creative" with mounting the reservoir/pump since it was designed to attach to 120mm and 140mm fans/radiators.  Speaking of radiators, my 180mm EK Radiator got banged up a bit and needed to be violently wedged in under the motherboard tray.  Overall, I'd say it's a success and looks a lot cleaner than my previous FT01 build.

Bluray support on PC is pretty abysmal and the best solution if you just want to pop in a disc and enjoy it as intended is PowerDVD.  I still prefer MakeMKV just so I can rip everything and put it on my media server so I don't have to mess around with loading discs and being forced to watch unskippable trailers and DMCA anti-piracy warnings.

They weren't showing up in Disk Management which was what was freaking me out so much.
 
But they eventually showed up after I mucked about in the BIOS settings for the SATA controller.  Oddly, I didn't actually change anything but the drives showed back up the next time I booted up after that.  I'm glad everything is working again but I'm still really curious what was going on to make Windows not recognize anything.

I almost feel like they "hyped up" Diamond city to the same scale as New Vegas as a joke.  Regardless, it's a cesspool of a city and the clearly superior city is Goodneighbor.

The game looks good when viewing  things from a distance but up close, the textures look like they're standard-def as fuck.  The game also seems to run far worse than more demanding titles so I'm really not sure what's up with that.
 
As far as turning stuff down, I'd start with shadows and grass.  This is the game on Max by the way.
