I have to say the whole macs don't get viruses thing is seriously getting on my nerves almost everyone i know that has a mac uses that as the main reason they get a mac.

Actual fucking error codes. Now it's 'oops, there's an error' or 'something happened'. How am I supposed to fix it if I don't know what's wrong?

I wouldn't risk a new rig on a used PSU. That's the bloodline of the entire system, if that poops, you'll get in big trouble.

Oh god, you poor soul. I wasn't even talking about consoles, I was talking about pc. I heard so many horror stories about Skyrim on consoles that I would never wish it on my worst enemy.
 
Random freezes, areas that crashed on loading, saves corrupting after so many hours of play. Not to mention all the problems that could be fixed or worked around through console commands are unavailable because the console doesn't exist on consoles (ha, see what I did there?). Saying it was a disaster would be putting it mildly. I'm pretty sure that my modded Skyrim on it's worst day is more stable with less bugs/glitches/problems than vanilla Skyrim on consoles.

Don't make me remember those nightmares of patches. Skyrim on ps3 one of the patches that added underwater effects and it froze even time you went into water for months. I also remember a patch where the draw distance was so bad I had people shoot arrows at me that I couldn't see them

A 970 seems to get pretty close and a Titan Black is closer to a 980, so I would think you'd be good.

Well if someone within my family needs a pc (decent), I'll just hand mine down and build a new one for myself. Hence what I am doing now later this year.

Many people are commenting on the "no ad" part but I thinks it's more about the content they want to use as the "selling" point since they can get a direct "cut" from Google by joining this Red program rather than needing to build up subscribers, wait for youtube to notice, and yadi-yadiya they can just sell their stuff straight away.
 
I dunno it's just my thoughts and it's interesting for sure cuz Google looks like they want to swift all the general media consumption to an online platform and this would be their big step towards it. We need to wait for more details on this thig.
