There would be some sort of support, like NVIDIA forums or an email or something. I did go to the retailer, told me to go to Samsung.. Asked several others in the UK here as well, told me basically the same thing, whether the sales reps answering got it wrong, i'm not sure, but the technical support rep of the place I brought it from told me to go to Samsung. As an ex owner of one that had problems and went through the hoops, I can assure you that they did. Atleast on the consumer side, not sure about the business support. I had to return it to the retailer that sold it to me, switched it out for a Intel 750. It's good that this new one gets the same support as it's sata brethren. Same warranty support as well, nice peace of mind when buying.

Ahh ok, they have changed that, fair play. Another thing is that you will actually get customer support for it, in comaprsion to the SM which they denied the existence of..if you rang them up or had any problems about. errr.. is this just the sm951 ? but now they have made it for retail, rather than OEM? It's been out for a while... have they just re branded the NVME one for retail? Should get more recognition now though. Hopefully they come with their own driver, because the Microsoft NVME driver is somewhat wanky in comparison to Intel NVME driver when a comparison was done between the drivers using the Intel 750.

Cool, I'm going to make a build log post thing, and I'll pm you or something. In the meantime, definitely check out the member reviews of the card. Watch out for somebody advocating a particular card, without any reason. If its because of reviews, check out the reviews that the person points out. Might be brand loyalty clouding their vision. And its good to be anal about components, I'm like that and its a lot of money in the end of the day so its good that you want the best. Good attitude to have .
