While this solves the issue for 4- and 6-core CPUs, it does nothing for 8-core CPUs. In fact, they are kind of more screwed since the unofficial fix no longer works as of patch 1.05. Bummer!

Agreed. I think it will take a little more time for them to iron out the kinks. But I would still expect that if people follow the system recommendation for the CPU at whichever setting they are playing on, that the CPU not be a bottleneck like it is in arguably the most important part of the game. We will have to wait and see, but I for one will continue to report these things as well as crashes to CDPR so hopefully they can fix these by the time I give the game a second playthrough.

I love how everyone is giving these reasonable explanations for why a modern laptop isn't upgradable, and then you come out with:
    Go troll elsewhere.

Bittersweet sometimes, you've got good taste. Rakugo was a really good one too, I started watching that one thinking it would be a fairly basic series. It was pleasantly surprising to be wrong.

YAY, another Natsume Yuujinchou Fan!! It is honestly one of my favs as well. No matter how bad I feel, watching this anime can get rid of all my problems and puts me in such a feel-good state!! The only other anime that has given me the same feels is Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu.

The more you watch, the less you enjoy anime. Too much of something can be bad. Stick to the "critically acclaimed" anime and you'll be fine. But once you start watching crap anime with generic storyline, filled with common tropes, you can basically predict what's going to happen next, taking all the fun out of watching anime.

PusheenKill got a reaction from Punchic in how likely am i as first time builder to damage my rig
Don't worry OP. I built my first computer a few years ago and was so scared, I watched literally dozens of YouTube videos on how to do it. Actually, the first video I watched was one of Linus' and it is what got me into technology. The experience you are looking for can only be had if you do it yourself, like you said.

All the other comments are right. computer components are really not that fragile, so don't worry too much. When I built my computer, I plugged the PSU into an extension who's ground pin was broken (I know, stupid right). My entire case was electrified for some reason, and I was using it like that for about 1h until I found the problem. Surprisingly, nothing broke. Like most of the comments said, the only fragile thing is the CPU pins. Actually, the pins on the Rizen CPU are thicker and harder to bend than those on intel motherboards, so unless you obviously put it in wrong, and force on it a lot, you should be fine. Some common sense goes a long way. If it is not going in, don't force it! Another part where you can go wrong is plugging the power button cable into the wrong slot, so it won't turn on. Just consult the motherboard manual, and you will be fine.

In fact, most computer stores can even install the CPU on the motherboard for you, for a small fee of course. Worst case scenario, they can do that part and you can build the rest, so you still get the experience

    Best of luck!!

Welcome fellow anime fan!! It seems we both have pretty similar taste in anime, since I love most of the ones you mentioned. I understand you want anime that are still ongoing, but would like to mention you would be missing some true gems from years past!! Out of the ongoing ones, here are the few that I would recommend

Attack on Titan (you are already watching this)
Nanatsu No Taizai (Seven Deadly Sins)

Some anime that are finished that I really likes, and that I think you would like as well,

    Steins;Gate
    Baccano!
    Angel Beats
    Death Note
    Code Geass
    Fate/Zero

A good way to discover anime is to use the website MyAnimeList. It has info about pretty much any anime out there, as well as reviews from dedicated fans to help steer you in the right direction. Here is the link to my list if you want to see what I watched as well as rating I gave each anime.

Last thing I want to mention. There are enough anime already completed to last a long time. Sometimes, I even feel like the anime I watched are way better than whatever anime are currently airing. Keep looking, I am sure there are tons of anime there that you will love

The i7-3770 is definitely better than the S variant in pretty much all scenarios, since it has higher clock speeds. However, I would definitely not pay 500$ for one. If you are willing to spend that amount of money, you should go for the i7-6700 instead!

I once got the password to the bios of the pc's, It was just the school's name, I changed the fan speeds to be 100% all the time even at the teachers pc's as they would go away in pauses between lessons, they all freaked out and shit, I of course was a dick and once changed the headmasters fans to be 0% always, his PC would shut down all the time, It was really funny but they caught me once when doing it on the community pc's in the resting areas. was really funny, did get 3 weeks of full detention though.

(In the netherlands(on my school) full detention means that you need to stay till 5 o'clock every day and can't play outside in reces. I swear, that was so shit)

LMG is a production studio. Just like any TV studio, they need space, sets, and expensive equipment to make their quality content. The difference is simply in platform.
Unlike many youtubers that rely solely on google ads, they rely on sponsors, like a television channel does.
LMG sponsors are more niche, and are appropriate for the content and the audience. And, unlike a TV audience, it's pretty easy to gauge how well things go with the audience, what they want, and what sponsors benefit.
The viewers LMG gets rival a small upper-number TV channel, AND are almost a single demographic. For tech companies that typically have small margins anyway, LMG is an effective platform to advertise on and get the most for your money.
I don't actually know the rates for LMG ads (I will be inquiring myself at some point believe it or not, I might take advantage of it), but I imagine they are, on a per viewer basis, much more expensive than more broad advertising elsewhere because of the less intrusive style and likely effective results and audience feedback.
    edit:
Also worth adding, unlike a TV channel that must have content 24-7 AND put butt in chairs (or DVRs) when the content airs, youtube content can be watched any time. An add on a video that stays relevant for longer on popular hardware (like an LG ultrawide or good case) means an ad that stays in effect for months maybe even years.
Also: better studio + equipment + employees = better production value = more advertising value

Look at the maximum utilization lvl. The bottom GPU haven't been doing anything while recording max temperatures.
Plz test with something like unigine or whatever while HWmonitor is open, to make sure it reads the max temp when the GPU's are actually working.

PusheenKill got a reaction from SirSquid in my hp dv6 i5 laptop temp goes up to 95c ! , any solution ?
Sounds like there is dust preventing proper cooling. The minimum you should get a can of compressed air and blow the dust our the computer and heatsink. I had the exact same problem with one of my old laptops and this instantly dropped the temps to 45C. If you feel more adventurous, you can try reapplying thermal paste on the CPU since it is probably super dry by now.
