  1. We'll see if he provides a picture, either way, I'm not obligated to buy it
  2. Then it would be a mighty fine coincidence if his friend has a new-in-box 1080 ti.
  3. So I told him to take a picture of the 1080ti and a piece of paper with today's date on it. I'll keep you posted with what happens next
  4. Yeah but wouldn't I be covered by ebays Moneyback guarantee?
  5. So I was browsing ebay and saw some new 1080s and 1070s for around 50 bucks Buy it now. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with this seller ([Link removed]), because I'm quite tempted to buy one, just to see what I get.
  6. BIOS updated to F15 (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H77-D3H-rev-11#support-dl), the latest non beta driver. When installing the graphics driver through GeForce Experience I still encounter the same issue.
  7. UPDATE: when i try to set the resolution to 2560x1440 i get some weird lines on my screen
  8. So I bought this MSI Gtx 980 Ti GAMING 6G of Ebay. I installed it and decided to do a fresh windows install. The PC posted, and I installed windows normally. I downloaded the latest nVidia driver from nvidia.com (http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/119914/en-us), an tried to install it. It recognized the card, and installed about halfway, before the screen went black with white horizontal lines (screenshot), showed a blue screen (didnt get the erroe message sry) and the PC restarted. I also tried to install the driver from the MSI website (https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/support/GTX-980-Ti-GAMING-6G.html#down-driver&Win10 64) and it also crashed, it was the same using GeForce Experience. Does anyone know, what could be happening, a possible fix? OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit PC specs: i5 3570 (non K) Gigabyte GA-H77-D3H rev1.1 Corsair Vengeance LP DDR3 1600 2x4GB + 2x8GB Samsung 840 120gb 2x Seagate Barracuda 7200 Corsair CX500 I never updated the mobo BIOS
  9. I found LTT when looking into buying a computer a few years ago, been watching almost all the videos and the videos have helped me learn a lot about computers, and now I'm hooked on computers and lovin' every minute of it ;D
  10. My fav part is the brushed plastic aluminum looking backplate and the sim card slot, it sucks that some of the nev phones don't have it (i'm looking at you nexus 5)
  11. I didn't really spend a lot of time with them, as they were my buddy's, but from first impressions they are better than earbuds, that come packaged with samsung, apple etc.
  12. Yeah, they come packaged with some xperia phones, my buddy got them with his xperia j.
  13. I just bought the J22a and it doesnt have volume up and down, but i can confirm they sound awesome
