  1. thanks, is not since boot, happens after windows is loaded doing anything, gaming, web surfing, doing nothing.....
  2. Hello, im a noob builder and finally i got my desired build. Asus Z97i plus, lastest bios Intel 4770k cooler master 212 evo 8 gb ram 1600mhz xfx rx 480 gtr case bitfenix prodigy psu evga 650BQ 80 plus adata sp550 m.2 sata ssd 240gb 1 tera toshiba windows 10 enterprise all components were working on my older build except by board and ssd, pus and case. somehow the videocard just stop displaying like disconnected, but the pc is still working i can still hear music and steps and i can shoot...in games and general use is happening. Happened while gaming, browsing internet, installing windows, and just in desktop, randomly between 20 and 1 hour use i checked no overheat and procesor is under 50 and vcard under 65, every fan working...i updated the bios, and i have no clue what is happening
  3. looks like freesync is the option, going to wait a little bit until custom rx 480 come to my country
  4. Where i live im stuck with that monitor, the cheapest 21:9 i can get....:(
  5. nope, mostly skyrim modded, dark souls 3, gta v, some racing games
  6. I will play on 2560x1080p, should i ignore freesync and go for a 1060 instead?
  7. Maybe i will wait a little bit until non reference cards are released, reference rx 480 is really ugly
  8. I live in colombia, 980ti is very hard to find used, most ppl only trade mid range cards. And a 980ti new is more expensive than a 1070 , sadly both are outside my budget, i think is sad to get a 1070 and play on a 22" 1080p monitor
  9. watching benchmarks looks like both are tooo close so is always better the extra 2 gb on v ram and newer tech, thanks, looks like the debate is going to be between 1060 and 480
  10. Thanks, didn't experience by myself any gsync or freesync monitors before looks like 480 is a strong option
  11. Hi!, i want you guys to help me take a desicion. Soon i will get this monitor https://www.amazon.com/LG-29UM68-P-29-Inch-21-UltraWide/dp/B01B9IDLAW So im currently running a GTX 760 and i want an upgrade, i have 3 options, (sadly i live in colombia and everything is overpriced) so i can get Option 1 Rx 480 reference 8gb for 332 US, the monitor is compatible with freesync Option 2 Gtx 1060 for 366 US Option 3 Used Gtx 980 reference for 333US What do you think?,
  12. ty so much to lmg, hope i get one.... i have a gtx 760, want the 480 for upgrade
  13. i think i will do it, 390 is very expensive now, for that one i have to pay the 760 plus 200$ here :(,
  14. Hello! sadly as a petrol base country (Colombia) graphics cards prices are sky high...... wanted to upgrade to 390 but everything will be 30% more expensive for a while so might be wise to upgrade later with lower prices and new technology .... sooo Im wondering if is worth to sell my evga gtx 760 to a friend and put about 50 more for a sapphire nitro r9 380 4gb. What will you do in my place?
