Have you overclocked your GPU? ... if so thats most likely it even if its staible on your other test Foulding can be picky on it...

If you just started you probably haven't returned your 10 successful WUs needed to qualify for the bonus.

Just make sure you get permission from the staff before you go installing folding@home on their systems.

Task manager doesn't show CUDA/Compute usage.
 
You can change the performance graphs in the GPU performance tab to show CUDA (nvidia) or Compute (AMD) usage.

AMD CPUs have a Gear Down Mode that is on in certain situations (higher clocked ram being one of them) that makes it round odd CL to the nearest slower even value. If you dig through the bios and turn off GDM, it should allow 19 to be used.

So i have bean lucky? ...yes and no... YES i get this great GPU to work on my PC. and no... my systems cooling is mostly water/liquid thise days and some how i manged to get xx-brand water turns(both, 45* and 90*) that dont like 24/7 work on these high temps that pc it self is OK with. And so it may or may not start leak starigth in to PSU or GPU in any time it likes.
 
On next year. I try to make my pc work with hard tobe, so i hope my leaks is behind me, after that... will see.

Well then, i finally hit 200 million, so yay i guess . Although there isn't much to celebrate as i have finally
been kicked off from 2nd spot on the team. There is only a matter of time before anonymous catches up
with me and even kicks me off the top three.

Thanks, it was fun for some time. Then i get a bad WU stucking on 99.99% for hours. Pauseing fold made the PC to crass after some trying to stop folding on GPU and now my F@H consol dont member me anymore ("anonymous" trying to connect), so yeah now my folding is in full stop. Wel atleast it isnt hot in my room anymore

I did bootup my system again (full boot up, NO restart) and this time the log has started calgulating of the download so i think it works again..

There is beta support for Folding on NVidia on Linux, but it is very beta and iffy...

The consensus is generally to have it in pull because one in push is no different and push pull is no improvement and it's easier to clean the radiator if it's in pull.
 
That having been said, when I was closed-loop water-cooling I always had a push-pull config based on the assumption that two identical fans running slower would be quieter and had the potential for greater efficiency than just one.

It doesn't change the temperatures much, but does add noise. 
 
If you have it in the top of the case, I'd change it to push exhaust and have any fans in the front of the case as intake. 

Will you get...better temperatures? Probably not. Quieter system? Probably not. More money in your wallet? Probably not. A happier motherboard because there isn't a NH-D15 cantilevered off of it? Probably.
 
Unless you plan on moving your PC around often, I don't think it's worth it.

with my HD7970 i need a round 300watts from my wall for core17x(if i member correct). Now with 980 i need ~220watss to run this and a round 250watts with core 15..
