You can stop Windows from automatically updating in the settings. 

Change your active hours in the windows update settings. It makes it so during the time where you're typically awake, it will not reboot itself.

Doesn't help when its a 24/7 render 

You can pause it for a long time under advanced settings.

Settings > update & security > advanced options > pause updates, then click on the box under "pause until" and scroll to the bottom of the list and choose the date that you want. This way you can pause update for up to 35 days.

Smh doesn't it detect that the pc is under 100% load and btfo
