So I'm back in Australia, there had been some issues when I asked for permission to drift again in an event so my friends and I didn't do any drifting (well "kind of", PM me if you want to know) when I was in Indonesia.
Because of that, I decided to work on some cars again in my friend's repair shop. I will make an album for it because I took a lot of pictures.
An update, one day before I went back to Australia...
My daily car (Toyota Fortuner, my Honda Jazz was borrowed) had some issues with the cooling system but I rerouted the path as a permanent fix (with a cost, but it doesn't matter much).
Now, in Australia...
I got invited to a go-kart race but I had to refuse because it's winter and I don't like cold weather, the race was held outdoor.

I'm just taking opportunities, I used to do robotics, then became a complete PC nerd (during the Haswell era) then finally became a car guy until now.
I used to race my maze solver robot, then I became the IT support for my friends at school, then became a race car driver and mechanic.
Racing and fixing cars have become my side jobs, I'm more of a business guy now, more to the management stand point.
Just me exploring life, learning new things and stuff.
I've messed up along the way (some were fatal), but you know... That's life... That makes it interesting for me. It keeps bouncing up and down, it can be pretty hard as well. I'm just trying to see the bright side of things even when they're not in my favour.

After the car got deflooded, no smoke because well.... The garage was filled with white smoke so I waited until the smoke cleared out.
It got that rumble sound and would be much clearer if I revved it higher.
It could've been louder but I only revved it to 3000RPM because...

I'm back and I've arrived in Surabaya, Indonesia
Back with my RX8.
An update about my RX8, she couldn't get started when I got home, I had to deflood her since the spark plugs were soaked with petrol. I just bought 2T oil and premixed my petrol with 250:1 ratio (4ml oil for 1L petrol), a bit higher since usually people go for 333:1 ratio (3ml to 1L).
She's back purring now, but she's got that Subaru boxer's rumble sound now

Good day!
I miss everybody here, I had a long trip to Solo where I had to drive for 5+ hours so I was worn out and I had a very poor internet access.
I'm back home in Surabaya, back to my old self. Still no racing, though I'm planning to ask my friends to hold a private drift practice session at his warehouse

I'll feel much weaker beyond 50C, usually I'll be ill the next day hahaha.
~40C is my sweet spot
25C is alright, I "might" wear my jacket/sweater.
