Hmm okay, tried reinstalling? if you do that ,also delete the hoi4 folder in steam apps and paradox interactive folder in documents. -

Do you might have any mods enabled? Verify steam cache and try "clear user directory" in the launcher. Works fine on my system -

Probobly wont even run, i have 8GB and i get stuttering after about 30 min of playing,and some other problems. Recommended is 16GB Minimum is 8GB
