As I stated above I have tried using all different configurations and none of them seemed to even boot apart from the one I'm using now (2 & 4).
Sadly, this motherboard was given to me so I no longer have the manual.
 
At this point there seems to be nothing I can do. I'll get my new mobo and cpu in a few months and I'll make sure to keep this post updated.

I'll try chucking them into different slots. Wish me luck!

Computer Properties says "Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (3.96 GB usable)"
Nothing that resource hungry that would take up 4+ GB of RAM. It couldn't be that anyway because it states that it is reserved for hardware.
 
At this point it looks like there's nothing I can do other then reinstall windows or something.
Not too big of a deal as I will be getting my new mobo and cpu in a few months.

I'm an australian and im pissed off so much.
I download day and night at 300KB/S with the stupid copper cables
Every god damn time it rains our internet cuts out for a good 10 minutes. and when it boots up again bam 200kb/s
if you want us to use half copper half fiber, FIX OUR COPPER.
Glad i got that out of me and also one more thing
I fucking hate Tony Abbott and so does most of australia

They have ruined so many games like Banjo Kazooie. Also Microsoft Live, loved that in GTA IV (Sarcasm). However without out them we wouldn't have Windows or DirectX.
