Arcynth's Achievements

  1. I am currently trying to find a way to set a protected 'default' cell value on Google sheets so that I can have a formula 'locked' in the cell. I need this to work in such a way that if someone was to edit the cell and then delete what they had entered it would revert back to the protected 'default' value. This is because I need a cell to do multiple jobs acting upon other cells with said formula or sometimes being a cell data is input into to effect other cells. My other idea was to get a formula to output to a different cell than the one that it is entered into, but I don't know if this is possible either. EG. =IF(A1=1,B1=2,B1=1) (this formula is typed in C1) If this is the wrong place to post this question then please let me know, but I am running out of ideas as to how to get this to work now! Thanks in advance.
  2. The crew Beta worked fine when I played it. I downloaded the crew and as long as it is the first program to launch on my computer then it works, if it isn't my CPU usage hits 100% when I try to open it, everything freezes and a couple of seconds the game stops responding. All I see is a black screen. Anyone had anything similar happen? CPU: i7 4770k GPU: GTX 780 RAM: 8GB 1866MHz
  3. I have a K70 RGB which I love and works perfectly inside windows, my only complaint is that I can't seem to change the default look of the keyboard outside of the OS. I am trying to find a way to overwrite the red and white lighting effect the keyboard is set up with by default with the custom one I am using but I can't seem to find a way (if there is one). Anyone else found a solution to this?
  4. Just keeping my 780 for at least another couple of generations. Got it at its launch and I don't think its going to hold me back too much for me to wait for the 900 series or whatever they do in a few years time. I mean if I could afford it I would love to keep upgrading but as a student its not possible to do that.
  5. It sounds really weak compared to even my iPhones sound. I have expensive audio equipment in other areas in my house and it just makes my computer sound even worse in comparison.
  6. I would agree GTX 750Ti would be the best option at the moment. Although maybe a GTX 760 if you are upgrading the computer soon and really can't wait until then for a new GPU.
  7. I am in the market for a better sound solution for my PC. I am using sennheiser momentum (on ear) and have some sennheiser HD8 DJ's ordered currently as my daily headphones as well as some average pc speakers that I use occasionally. I used to have a Gigabyte G1 Sniper M5 but after endless problems with the board (not its audio... that was the only bit that worked!) I replaced it with an Asus Gryphon board which doesn't have great onboard audio. I was looking at purchasing something along the lines of the Objective2 Headphone Amp and an ODAC, I just don't like the front power input. Must be available in the UK at around £250. Any suggestions? Thanks
  8. I purchased this headset about 2 months ago. If you are looking for a comfortable headset for long periods of gaming then this is the best headset I have used. The cables that are used are all braided cables and cannot be faulted. As people have previously mentioned the mic is poor but my view was that if you want good sound quality from the mic then buy a separate mic (I am currently using one built into a Microsoft webcam as my old mic broke and that is perfectly fine). One massive advantage it has over other headsets is the control unit that it comes with, if you have speakers that you want to use when you aren't gaming then this is invaluable. I would however recommend purchasing a sound-card to support the 7.1 mode to its full potential as onboard graphics can sound a bit lacking. In short this is an incredibly comfortable headset with great features, if you have the money to spend and don't mind possibly purchasing an additional microphone you can't go wrong with this headset. Just the opinion of a current owner. Hope that helps! :)
