You are likely to see an initial spike on any cpu with virtually any cooler what is important is what happens after that, screenshots would be helpful here to see how your cpu tracks after 15 -20 mins. however if things dont look to good you always have the manufacturer to fall back on as you have a pre built machins , send us some screenshots and at least youcan get a second, third/ thosandth opinion on what might be happening  best of luck

Ok great, thank you. I was just worries that having it boot using legacy would make it run in legacy forever. Like I said, I don't really understand this stuff yet, so figured I'd ask. Thanks for advice

Are you confident enough to look inside to see if the camera has been knocked or moved and that is what is causing the issue or if there is a replacement camera module that can be purchased? it would seem unlikely that that device may still be in warranty so you could have a go at further investigation

You have to do stuff like remove the internal battery , sim tray , antenna , buttons and some other tiny stuff in a specific order to remove the camera ...lol...

put simply no, it reads about 6 degrees below on my system ( in sig) not sure why but asus' own software gets the temps on an asus board wrong?

You dont really need a gaming motherboards, normal ones do just fine.
It depends on what cpu you are running, if you have a K cpu (4690k etc.) you should go for a mobo with a z97 chip so you can overclock it.
~100-150$ will get you a good mobo

You need to download and install the correct drivers for your board.

Dont mind the dust, I had a little accident.
