It was time to update from my last pc build that i posted some time ago in here "ORIGINAL POST" . 
 
Here is part list:
 
Intel Core i7 9700K 3.6 GHz 12MB Corsair RM750X 750W v2 ASUS GeForce RTX 2070 8GB ROG STRIX GAMING OC  Corsair ML140 PRO LED - RED x3 Seagate BarraCuda 2TB 7200rpm 256MB Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz CL15 Vengeance Corsair Hydro H100i RGB Platinum ASUS DVD±RW DRW-24D5M Black Samsung 860 EVO 500GB Define R6 Blackout TG Asus ROG Strix Z390-F Gaming Corsair Professional Sleeved Cables RED There was few things i wish i could change. The RTX 2070 is good card but i wanted GTX 1080 because i dont care about ray tracing, maybe TI but there is not a single card available here in Sweden so i had to go with RTX and it was for good price. 2080 are to expensive right now. Then RAM is 3000 MHz i was going for 3200 MHz but it was sold out and long waiting time for it, so 3000MHz was my pick. I was also thinking about M.2 but i read that they can get pretty hot so i got SSD and i think it good for my use. I just finished the build it went pretty well and Im happy with temps and how it looks. I was going for this red and black theme like on all my builds. Check images below.

The H100i is plugged into your CPU fan header only to give you the speed. It is actually constantly powered by SATA power, so it should always be running at 2200rpm. This is pump speed, and you cannot change this
If you want to control the fans on the H100i you can plug them into the H100i and control them with corsair link or plug them into your motherboard and control them with fanxper (which is what I would do if you have free fan ports)

Yes now i can say for sure that it was video cards problem, i got my new asus 970 today and both BF4 and Heaven Benchmark 4.0 work great .. no lag no errors nothing thank god. I just hope it continues to be like this with no more errors. Thanks everyone for your help.. specially u "BiG StroOnZ"

Thanks guys it's my first build that turned out exactly how I wanted it to look. Yes u are right I need to do better on cable management but this is first time for me doing a cable management so I think is good for first try to hide it all . On radiator I'm using 2x 120mm SP FANS in front it's 2x 140mm red quiet and back 120m quiet edition. I made a mistake with PSU. I should gotten one with red text or something. But i think im just gonna put a red steel plate to cover the yellow text. I think that would be nice fix.

Try reinstalling the drivers but using a driver sweeper first. First download the newest nVidia drivers for your card and OS. Then download this program: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html 
 
Uninstall your nVidia drivers. Unplug your internet. Restart. Run the Display Driver Uninstaller program. Select nVidia and then click the button that reads "Uninstall the Current and Previous drivers and DO NOT restart the computer." Then select AMD and do the same thing except select the box that says "Uninstall the Current and Previous drivers and restart the computer (highly recommended)."
 
After computer is restarted, install the newest nVidia drivers you downloaded previously. When prompted, make sure you select/check the "Clean Install" option (it's at the bottom). Install the drivers and plug in your internet again. Make sure when the internet is plugged in you do not install the update from Windows for your graphics card which will appear eventually, make sure you hide that update.
 
Try again and see if it works. (Gets rid of black screen after exiting game)

It's shadowplay that's causing it. Change it from Shadow & Manual to Manual.

I like it, i maybe would place the CD player one slot down, don't know, maybe just trow it out it will make the front much more pleasing to look

Looks gorgeous, but whenever I see the build I see that PSU (it's yellow which stands out against the red).

I must say you will need to do some cable management work as far as I am concerned...
I am not one to judge as my own system isn't all that well managed, but still, I am advising you to put some effort into it.
Also, what fans do you have on the radiator, from the looks of it they are Corsair AF120's, but as they are mounted on a rad you might have wanted SP series fans.
