  1. Hi, I'm curious to know what Firefox addons/extensions/plugins you have that you think are necessary. As I would like to use some of whatever is mentioned myself, my idea of necessary in my case is: Security (avoiding malware, virus', etc) Privacy, and; Improving performance. Not looking to change the appearance/aesthetics of the browser... nor will I need anyone suggesting Adblock. Cheers!
  2. So this is what it reads in the BIOS? I think it would be worth a shot, just to give some sort of an indication. Another possibility is it's gunked up. if you look at the last Scrapyard wars, Linus took apart an all-in-one cooler and it had a shit tonne of gunk inside, which is weird considering the additives used in the distilled water of the cooler, but still a possibility... Tapping with your fingers on the tubing and radiator might do some good, not really guaranteed. If you want to save the headache on finding the solution (which by the sounds of it IS inside the tubes, which is hard to tell unless you pull it apart since you can't see inside the tubing from the outside), I'd just go and buy the other cooler that's intended for your next build... since you're going to do that anyway? Plus, I'm pretty sure its even harder to put it back together once you pull apart a cooler (impossible even). The coolant inside is made to last and not ever needing to be changed. Just my two cents!
  3. This sounds like either an obstruction in the tubes or the pump is somewhat faulty. Maybe it's not running to its full rpm. Have you tried putting the stock cooler back on or using another cooler to try it out just to see what happens? Say off a mate? EDIT: Ignore my warranty question, haha.
  4. In the Nvidia control panel, you will also need to scale the picture (the section should look like and pick the "Size" tab). This is something I had to do myself with another PC in my house as I use it as a media centre, connected to the TV http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/610601954731701493/7AF778662259247A2631221ADEAFC72215C91DC4/ Yeah that does make it hard when you don't have spare parts, which in that case I'd consider going into a PC shop to see if they can have a look at it since they will have hardware to test on. Better having someone to physically look at if you don't have too much experience yourself and aren't that confident to tear it apart.
  5. I've just noticed on the page that there is an Upgrade File section on the top-right of the page, give that a go. Might have to update drivers on the TV itself as well.
  6. Cool, thanks for that! http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/UN32EH5300FXZA So it seems there is a "Game Mode" feature on the TV. Can you try and turn that off and/or on and see what happens? I'm thinking its the TV itself, I've always had issues or know people to when they use a TV into a PC. Read through that page to see if anything buzzes for you. Also, you'll need to try: - Set to 1920x1080 (1080p) in your nvidia graphics control panel, also checking you have the best refresh rate available (will either be 120hz or 60hz) - Try on a different monitor in your house/off a friend/who or whatever - Try putting your graphics card in another PC - Try putting your SSD in another PC and see what happens.
  7. The base or back of the TV would be a start. Generally a small white rectangular sticker with bold writing... perhaps its printed on the TV itself. You just have to have a geeze and a gander.
  8. Also, Windows 10 is still buggy with some problems and what not. You might have to wait until things get better as time goes on. Keeping in mind that integrated graphics these days shouldn't really be used for gaming. More for the average user who doesn't game, but needs HD streaming i.e. YouTube at 720p and 1080p. Gaming is considered an intensive process... somewhat debatable with older games, but will always suggest a graphics card over integrated graphics.
  9. Sounds like the intergrated graphics is either on its way out (dying) or you're thermal throttling. What temps are you getting? Also would advise on buying a graphics card.
  10. Info should be found within the TV, try looking through the settings on the remote. Or perhaps a sticker somewhere on the base or back of the TV.
  11. Have you tried setting the resolution to 1920x1080 (1080p)? I also need more info on your TV. What's the model number/anything you can give me? Samsung 32 inch TV isn't enough unfortunately!
  12. Doesn't matter the year. When picking a source on your remote, pick HDMI/DVI as this is meant to be used for PC's.... keeping in mind to switch the cable at the back of your TV to the appropriate plug.
  13. Being a "TV", what source do you have selected? Generally you should be picking "HDMI/DVI" if it's available See if you can get it to 1920x1080 (1080p) also when you've done that.
