  1. Having a small af form factor like this would allow me to travel pretty much anywhere with my computer. I would be able to take it over to my friends house pretty much every time I went over. Having an insanely powerful PC in a smaller factor then an XBOX is awesome, and shows just how far technology has come as well!
  2. Sick! I love how you guys always do giveways, I really love feenix accessories even thuogh they are a little expensive, my friend has some and I fell in love with their keyboard. I wish I had the money to spend on it though.
  3. Mistake. Will do, thanks I'll get back to you if it changes
  4. Connected via 3 pin connector.
  5. This one fan, increases my systems sound by 100%. It's insane. Its not even a fan noise its like a buzzing sound. I can't stand it. Is it supposed to be that loud? Will a fan controller help to slow it down?
  6. If you are going to be gaming yeah, but in many applications other than gaming you really won't notice that huge of a difference. And make sure the motherboard can handle it as well, as long as you dont overclock it, any motherboard that states " FX 8350 COMPATIBLE", and has reviews saying the same thing, a stock cooler + that will do you fine.
  7. Quite a lot, most optimized games will be available to you at 1080p.
  8. Well the only think I could see would be the 6300 -> an i3, but even then, the GPU is in no way getting bottlenecked. Unless you are having issues with your system, I would recommend just saving the money, or getting some more/better storage
  9. Well, there is supposed to be carizo which should have a new athlon line with it, although its only a rumor if it is staying on the fm2/fm2+ socket. And should carizo not have an athlon line, the new apus will use HSA to great advantage, allowing for hopefully better architecture but not really upgrading the chip that much. I would just go with and i3 / h series board, at least until we know wether or not Carrizo will actually be a viable upgrade option, it allows you to upgrade all the way to a locked i7, but if you really really must go amd, 860k all the way.
  10. If you do that then you should be already in the know on how to avoid viruses, keylogs, and other such obscenities. Its more difficult than people think to get a virus. As long as you don't download anything that is remotely related to youtube or blogs that are like this: FREE STEAM KEY GENERATOR 2014 ** NO SURVEY ** You are pretty much virus free. Just don't download stupid crap, and or go to www.akiemyloggerbot.com, and tada, windows defender is good for a lot.
  11. I would love to get a 5820k, simply being, my brother wants a system that will last him a long time. My families funds are sorta low, so if I could get him an x99 platform, that would be one of the greatest christmas presents ever. Especially since he games on a 2005 iMac, really not cut out for it, all he plays is league, but he has stated that should he be able to he would gladly branch out now that his computer can branch out. He will also be video recording, editing, and livestreaming he has said. And should have the opportunity to build him an x99 platform,Cutting out the CPU will be around 300+ $ saved, thanks for the giveaway intel and LTT, Happy Holidays!
  12. http://youtu.be/Yq2t1FNznsM 0:54 But seriously, a huge army, sure, however they can barely get cargo across the atlantic I doubt they can get any men across.
  13. The thing comes with a STOCK WATER COOLER BUNDLED WITH IT. Just get the i5, unless you are going to be explicitley streaming, even then, the 8350 is cheaper and around the same level, the i5 is going to be better.
  14. PLAN VERY VERY VERY MUCH I had to plan my build inside and out in about a month, take as long as you need. There is no rush, and who knows, the parts you want might go on sale. If you overlook something, or forget something, you may regret it.
