You are probably right but the 650 ti actually uses more wattage. I just wanted to make sure I could use an adaptor.

Well it is an "Ultra". It was like 20$. I highly doubt that it is either 600w or 46A. But it that's what it claims. It has run a 650 ti boost before this. So it's probably somewhat close to what it claims.

If I have a 600w PSU and 46a on the 12V Rail. I should be fine with a 1060 using a molex to 8-pin right? I have a crappy PSU that only comes with 6 pin connectors so that is the reason I'm doing this. Thanks.

It is limited by Utilization. But the Load is at 100%. But the clock speed wont go over 300mhz.

My computer which is slowly getting out dated is seeming to slow down. But It's not normal. It slows down progressively faster to the point where I have to play Medium to Low Settings on games that I usually max out. But then the problem seems fixed after I clean install new drivers for my 650 Ti boost. Then it slows down again over time. And then one day it just drops off to insane levels to the point that no matter how much I lower my settings it stays at 40 FPS. No matter how high or low. It's a very weird situation and I don't know what could cause this. Thanks.

The room isn't really setup but I think that would be a good idea. But even without the setup do you think that would be a good idea? They would have to be projecting forward.

I'm looking at the corsair speakers but I don't know how I would hook them up. It's dual 3.5 so I should be able to hook them up to a reciever.

Yea I know, but which ones would be good. He does have a receiver with an aux in.

So, my friend is dying to have a party. And he asked me for speakers that will be good for that. He likes Edm and trap. He also wants to connect it through an aux cord from his phone. I was looking for a 2.1 setup that is loud enough for a basement party. His budget is 500$ but I don't think he needs something that expensive. Any suggestions?

The BIOS is toast. I don't even know how it starts up. I forced the backup BIOS and tried flashing it. The motherboard is definitely broken in some way.
