I got 4790k and Cant Boot the System
ghostliving replied to ghostliving's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
Well i guess i have to return to 1505 bios, but how can i return to 1505 ? In Asus Support page says "*Before using the new Intel 4th Gen Core processors, we suggest that you first download the BIOS updater for new Intel 4th Gen Core Processors and then update the BIOS using this tool." -
Hello guys I got a new intel i7 4790k cpu and cant boot the system. But i can boot the system with my 4770k with my Mainboard is Asus maximus vi hero z87 - bios ver 1603 So what could be the problem ? I did Changing ram slots, Upadating bios, Complete unplug hardwares and re-plug, Default bios settings, Remove CMOS battery. What should i do now ? Still i cant boot with my new CPU ? Could be CPU is broken ?

well as i say even if i sell my 780 i cant buy a 980 its out range of my budget. but i found 7990 devil 13 and galax 970 on trade. Because of this im saying which card do i have to buy. And yes i know my 780 is enough and high end card but im always upgrading my cards like that in used market forum in Turkey called DonanimHaber. So, i resarch about 7990 and it was giving more fps than gtx 980 on watch dogs and the other games released on 2013 like crysis, tomb raider. But some told me "old cards has more fps on old games, new cards has low fps on old games" so i only found watch dogs and 7990 has more fps. Im wondering in 2014 games and 2015 games 7990 would same fps or queal or close fps against those new cards 970 or 980. im saying for that quote "old cards has more fps on old games, new cards has low fps on old games" if you know or can you give me another fps benchmark test or review about like new games ac unity,fc4,shadow of mordor can you give it to me ? im wonderin 7990 has how much fps and giving much more fps still than 970 or 980

well guys im wondering something. According to techpowerup, 7990 has much more fpa than gtx 980. well its will be same or equal or closw in year 2014 games?cuz some ones saying "old cards has more fps on old games. and new cards has low fps on old games." ?
