My advice: Don't pre-order. Wait for reviews in case it's crap. 

Ive bought about 40 games from G2A, and about 6 pre-orders.
Only 2 of the games were fake, and its not G2A's fault, its the sellers committing fraud, and when you report them, they get banned
 
And all fo the pre-orders were genuine.
I pre-ordered fom G2A:

and a few others
 
All of them worked great

Even Fallout 4 is an example of this.  If the company has your money 2, 3, 4 or more months in advance, they have no need to improve the game and feel free to dice it up as much as possible to make more DLC. Last pre-order I had was Destiny and look at what happened there.  Pay for the first 1/4 of the game and  then buy the other 3/4 that was SUPPOSED to be part of the base game.

This computer case thing. I'm done.

The lube? I don't think it advised to put your penis in a cpu cooler, I've never seen that in a build log

Installing the CPU cooler was quite tedious, but it was nothing compared to how difficult plugging in the 24-pin connector was. Took me nearly an hour to get it to click.

Cable management. It's never good enough. Probably it wont be visually messy on front, but you know the mess is somewhere else and cannot be solved... so you just put it aside and forget it's there until the next rearrangement/cleanup/upgrade. 
 
btw, not a perfection guy but opening the backdoor in my case drains my geeky spirit.

Here are my must-haves although not all related to gaming:
 
CCLeaner - Great program to clean your PC from useless files.
CPU-Z / GPU-Z - Nice way to see information about your system.
HWMonitor - Good to monitor the temperatures of the key components in your system.
Java - Some games need it and definitelly will be needed somewhere on the web.
Kawaii Codec Pack OR Community Combined Codec Pack - Both great codec packs and come with MPC-HC which is my personal favourite video player. Get the KCP if you watch anime and if not then CCCP is the way.
MSI Afterburner - I personally use it to have a custom fan curve on my GPU but it can be used for overclocking.
Notepad++ - You never know when you will be editing some .INI files for Skyrim Handy to have and much better to use than ordinary Notepad.
Paint.NET + Plugins pack - My personal favourite combo for image editing.
Puush - Easiest way to take a screenshot or capture a part of your screen while being able to share it within seconds.
Skype and Razer Comms - I use both for communication and although I really like and prefer Comms I have to use Skype for some friends and family even though I think it's horrible.
Steam - If I have to explain this then you shouldn't have a gaming PC.
Origin - I only use it for Battlefield games...
WinRAR - Got to unRAR those RARs somehow

The i5-4690K is the best for gaming. You don't need Haswell-E unless you're doing video/content production.
