  1. This video definitely got me worried about the cooling on my RTX 3080 FE. According to HWInfo, my memory got to 94C at it highest in a Enthoo Evolv ATX TG case. Making me really consider what the temps would be if I put it into an ITX case which would have few fans for cooling.
  2. Would this be enough peanuts for the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv? https://www.amazon.com/Static-Packing-Peanuts-Magicwater-Supply/dp/B07CT8SF1S/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1528210452&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=packing+peanuts&psc=1
  3. Can you explain? If im going to be outting the system back in the case box, how do i ship it lauong down? Like the box laying doen? Not sure i will have a lot of control of how they move it.
  4. We wont have a car with us and have one way flights booked so i dont see many other options unless i wanted to ship it myself.
  5. Just to clarify, does the expanding foam go inside the pc or inside the box?
  6. As part of a new job, we are moving from the midwest to New York City in just under a month. As part of the move, our new employer have provided us movers who will be taking all of our stuff cross country. One of the items they will be taking is my desktop. I am a little nervous about it but since we don't have a car and wont't be driving, I really don't see many other options. I wanted to reach out to community to see any tips or recommendation they have in how to be move my PC. At a minimum, i was planning on taking out my GPU and putting the case back in the original box it came in. Are there any other steps that I should take to minimize any damage to my PC?
  7. Update: I cleaned the full AIO and replaced the thermal compond and under load the CPU still reached close to 85c when play games like Assassins Creed Origins. Any ideas of how to lower my temps or determine if there is an issue with my CPU?
  8. They still spike up every now and then. Finally ordered some thermal compound and will replace it this weekend.
  9. I checked the screws for the fans and CPU block and they were all secured. I took some time to do a through cleaning of the fans and rad and I think that has helped. Guess only time will tell though.
  10. I haven't checked since I installed it a year ago. Could the CPU cooler become loose on it own? This is my first time with an AIO. Used the HyperX 212 prior to this AIO.
  11. I will have to buy some new thermal paste since it was pre-applied to the pump and didn't purchase any at the time.
  12. I have had my 6600k for about a year now and have not had any issue with cooling. Over the last few weeks, I have noticed that they fans keep spinning up and are getting louder. When I check the temps, the cpu package will spike up to the 80°s and even went to 92°c. The computer was ideal during this time and I can't seem to figure out what is causing the the issue. The CPU is overclocked to 4.5GHz and I am using the stock fans that came with the IO. Any suggestions of how to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.
  13. Talking with him, the laptop will be used to play AAA FPS (Battlefield 1, Call of Duty, Titanfall), Sims, and similar games. So would a 1060 or 1070 be the best option?
