So my younger brothers birthday is coming up and wants me to build him a gaming PC. With money he's saved up and his birthday money coming soon, I'll have about £500 to splash on the computer components, a monitor and a mouse and keyboard.
A friend is giving me his old CPU (I3 3220, socket 1155) a heat sink (all I know about it is that it's a Zalman one) and a couple of case fans (120mm and 82mm) so I don't need to worry about getting them, though I could do with some help on choosing the rest of the parts.
He wants to be able to play newer high end games (Cod, GTA, that sorta thing) so I wanna try to get the most value out of this system that I can for its price.
Any help is greatly appreciated thanks.
