swansburg got a reaction from JoshM in Elite 130, Maximus VI, 4770K, Asus 770
I already had the Hx750 when i moved over to Mitx, and its not like its some super overkill 1000w or anything. It's a really nice PSU that i wont have to upgrade for a really long time.

swansburg got a reaction from SoaresGaming in $25,000 PC Build
If you have all that money to spend please buy a professional set of headphones and not something that teenagers buy to wear around their neck so they can look cool. Maybe get a nice external dac too. Besides that everything looks pretty good, Please make a buildlog of this if this is actually going to be built, i think everyone would like to see something so overkill and awesome.

swansburg got a reaction from simonccc3 in GTX 770 ASUS Direct CU 2 vs MSI Lightning
Definitely try to go for higher ram with the higher resolutions getting closer and closer. 2gb is fine for now but probably wont be in the next few years. Personally i own a 770 cu ii and i love it but playing games like bf4 and other intensive games having more than 2gb would be nice. The 4gb card cant really utilize the 4gb either.

Hey Everyone!
Recently i decided that i needed a new project due to boredom, the first thing that i looked at was my awfully un-attractive case under my desk. Due to the price of cases going up and up even though they are getting really awesome alot of cases have tons of stuff that i dont need at all. So i decided that I should build by own case just for fun... Im just a broke teen so at this point in time the hardware for the project isnt extreme at all but hopefully in a few months i will be able to upgrade. Im actually going to attemp to get a sponsorship by some companies so that i can provide the coolest build log that i possibly can. So without anymore rambling from me lets get right into this build..
Like i said i dont have much for hardware at this point in time but in the future im hoping to have these components for this build:

swansburg reacted to Markkedi in Project [NoName], watercooled Mini-ITX build
As JK Vengeance said, there will be soundcard added to the build. The adapter that I showed to you earlier is mPCIe ---> PCI-e x1 adapter and it converts mPCIe slot where wifi card is, to PCI-e x1 slot so i can use better soundcard :) Soundcard is going to be Asus Xonar D2X and it is 1cm longer than motherboard :D
Also, I found some leftover carbon vinyl from my previous project so I decided to cover that ugly green pcb and tinfoil cable :)
