If you plan on going for an all ubiquiti setup, I would buy the flex-xg for your office. At $300 it's actually pretty affordable for a 10 gig switch. It will work just like a unmanaged switch out of the box. You only need the controller if you want to set up advanced features like port isolation and vlans.
 
If you have the access you could pull more Ethernet runs to your office and have one central networking location.
 
I have an all ubiquiti setup and it's awesome to manage all the network devices from one UI. I've been happy with their cameras as well.

would be careful about the SSD upgrade from 512GB because it is pricey and if you’re editing a lot of video it might be more cost effective to work of external SSDs considering you might end up doing that anyway. 
 
Also with how you’ve specced it it might actually be cheaper to get the base 8 core with added ram over upgrading that model to the 8 core.

I've checked 20 store fronts (major ones, non major, key resellers and the likes) and haven't seen one listing for $20.

Frist off you'd still have access to your account that has the games on there so you wouldn't need to re buy them.
 
Secondly you're the one asking advice on how to keep buying from a company that wants you to be a victim of fraud so it seems you're alright with that from the get go so I don't see why that's a problem with you.

The same could be said about any gaming platform. People just stick to a handful of games and occasionally play something else once in a blue moon.

I'd just reinstall windows, I've had way too many windows issues after cloning a drive months down the line.

I have not but I can go down to the micro center near me and test them out, they have Logitech on display but not corsair

I both watch streams and stream occasionally.
 
For watching, I go to watch a game I myself usually play and the person playing the game as they can be entertaining. It's also nice to be able to chat with the other viewers (from a couple dozen to thousands). I usually also tend to watch the people that are very good at the said game like pro's. There's really only a handful I watch that aren't pros (Lirik, disguisedtoast [when he's not playing hearthstone], pokimane, and a couple of others). I like them because they're funny and sometimes make hilarious fails at the games they are playing.
 
Also when someone says get big they mean become the most viewed streamer. Most big streamers make up to if not more than 6 figures a year.

Unless you paid for the phone outright, then you have to continue paying for it or it's going to get shut off and blocked from the network. It would be extremely unethical and shitty to sell someone the phone without disclosing this to them, and I don't think anyone will want to buy it unless it's unlocked & paid for.
 
It sounds like the phone is probably already blacklisted on the network and won't work on their network unless your account returns to good standing.
