It has been much fogging the truth from the ISP on what "Acceptable Internet speed" is for the general American in 2014, and AT&T and Verizon claims that 4Mbps is good enough. This means that not even one person in that household can stream a 1080p Youtube-video, not even a 720p video is possible without the video being stopped and cached!
I guess that AT&T and Verizon don't think people use streaming services... (youtube, spotify, rdio, Rhapsody, etc etc)
This being a tech savvy community, we of course have higher demands for our speeds, but do YOU agree with AT&T and Verizon for all your non-techie friends and family?
Will this mean that ISPs cannot call their sub 25/3Mbps products broadband when this definition is official?
