Based on the laws, you can open carry a single side blade balisong, just not concealed. Technically, because the laws are so open ended, you might get away concealed carrying one as well, because you could argue in court that you use it for hunting.
 

I have to agree with blackadder. The thing is, it's still manual open... its just manual assisted, you have to make the blade open with force. I would also agree that if you aren't using it to hurt anybody (sadly in a defensive manner as well, I could go into laws and court and everything, but it's an awful subject.) nobody should care. I hate knife laws, they are so open ended which is nice if you ever have to go to court (for say a case where you used a knife to defend yourself) but is also awful for trying to carry a knife that you like... Where I live I can't technically carry a Balisong, because it is considered a gravity knife, but if I was to tighten the pivots, it would then be legal to carry, only if the pivots were always super tight so the knife could only be opened without gravity.
 
EDIT: Also, Washington law states that any "Dangerous Weapon" is illegal to conceal carry. So based on that, any judge could say any knife... or a fork, is illegal to conceal carry... then the issue becomes is a pocket clip shown on the outside of my pocket concealed or open... but that isn't defined, at least in Washington law.

You don't have to get 144fps. Even at 75-90fps it'd still look better than on a 60Hz monitor. If you're only hovering around 60fps it'd look better on a 60Hz monitor, but if you're reasonably above that it'll look better on 144Hz, even if you're not actually getting up to 144fps.

are you hitting 60-75 fps or 100-144 fps?

Your friend is probably referring to tearing, but by that same metric you'll get tearing on 60hz as well if you aren't pushing exactly 60 or 30. So in conclusion he doesn't know what he's talking about.

Please refrain from using sites like GPU boss or CPUboss in the future, they just plain suck.
I'd honestly go for the ROG one or the Lenovo y70, the alienware one and the HP one are just plain overpriced.

I think they have made some changes in the optimization. But tbh it wasn't an issue in the first place, it was just dramatized by tech media and misinformed PCMR members who didn't really understand the issue in the first place.

Read through everything on the ASUS website regarding RMA. When I had to send in my EVGA card, then they wanted me to send in the card. And ONLY the card.
 
Pack it in the box it came with (if you still have it), or else find a suitable box to pack it down in. Oh, and take pictures of it before you send it off. They can be used to prove any damages in shipping, etc.

console: ease of use, plug and play(for the most part, day one patches are a thing but nothing you can do), exclusive games that you cant get else where so uncharted, forza series those sorts of games. 
 
PC: upgradeable, back catalogue many orders larger, mods, chose your frame rate, flexibiilty with control input kb/m, controller flight stick, wheel you name it. Does more than just play games, largest number of exclusive games, cheaper games, free online, games such as dota, hearthstone lol CS:GO all of which are huge are non existent on consoles. 

Build a PC, more flexibility, cheaper in the long term, and more games to choose from

It's because kb/m destroys controller. Fact. 
 
I'm an average/good kb/m player. I'm amazing at controller. I can barely hold my own with a controller on PC vs average players with KB/m.

Fact is there's no real split screen games for PC, and those that are are done by mods. Borderlands works great on 2 screens. 
 
 
Anyway it seems like it will support online co op anyway, idk what the fuss is about.

It's 35 degrees Celsius currently and I cannot bare extreme heat. I prefer to stay in an air conditioned environment when it is this hot.

$300 isn't going to get you anything even half-decent new.  Look into good second-hand bikes.
