Based on my experience, having worked at one very “google-esque” place with less than 100 employees and big corporate environment with thousand plus. The sexual harassment was ALWAYS at the smaller places, the bigger environments was just normal corpo bullshit of paperwork not being done and ladder climbing. Not to take away from you’re experiences, but for me, I’ve seen this exact thing happen

Unless there is a strong support system in most tech environments women experience this more as the norm. Her entire story rings extremely true, I worked in a startup style environment for a year, and the sort of things she’s described almost line up perfectly with what one of the only women on staff experienced, and the upper management/founders tossed her under the bus. This entire thing is heartbreaking and LMG should face very real consequences
