If it's just going to be used for cleaning computers you should be ok with a small 2hp 20litre compressor for around £100/$130. One thing I do recommend though is making sure you get a moisture trap as it's not a nice feeling when you go to clean out your PC and end up spraying water all over it (I speak from experience).

I read it that it is now legal for businesses to punish customers for negative feedback. Let's hope that this makes other countries do the same.

That's what I was thinking too. It's an optional host. This sets a dangerous precedent. Any musician could host on any site and say "YOU'RE NOT PAYING ME!!! SUE!!!" 
 
At this point the EU isn't much more than your mom telling you to pause your online game. Completely tech illiterate and only going off of an article it read on huff post. 

They should redirect all this effort in to producing some content that is worth watching.

Honestly I'm sure they'd be much closer if they weren't employing guerilla tactics to fucking ambush PC users into upgrading, their hard push has had the opposite affect and has turned more people off the upgrade.

I am trying to figure out what this company even does, but I can't.
Their entire website reads like candy fluff, but I can't find any meat or potatoes. It just goes "yeah all the existing things we use today? We can replace all of them and do it better", and then a bunch of buzzwords that doesn't mean anything.
 
They say they will submit it to standard bodies so it will be interesting to see when that happens (my guess is that it never happens, because this sounds like snake oil).

I've bought lots of computer parts off ebay, just make sure you buy from a reputable seller with plenty of positive feedback and you should be fine. The only issue is that if you ever need to RMA a product, sometimes the manufactures can be dicks if you say you bought the product off ebay.

Indeed, in the past, NVIDIA has loved dropping new advanced products early, and rubbing it in AMD's face (Eg: 980 Ti and Titan X).
 
The fact that we haven't seen any demos at all, tells me that they're pretty far behind. Unless AMD drops the ball and runs into huge issues fine tuning their chips, they're going to have a huge advantage this year.
 
I've bought both AMD and NVIDIA GPU's, but I'm not a fan of NVIDIA's business practices. I don't want NVIDIA to go away or die or get crushed - but rather, I want AMD to succeed so it pressures NVIDIA to adopt more consumer friendly policies.
 
I also want to see AMD's marketing really take a turn for the positive, because despite having incredibly competitive products in the 300 series vs NVIDIA's 900 series, they sell a tiny fraction of the amount of cards. That makes no sense from a purely price/performance perspective. Many people won't ever even consider an AMD GPU because "they suck" or have "bad drivers" - despite neither being true (Both AMD and NVIDIA have occasional driver problems). It's baffling, but NVIDIA has really marketed themselves so much better.
